Several days after they finished the job, I noticed there was a large puddle of water in the middle of the driveway caused by the rain (see pics). This means that they did not slope the concrete correctly to provide proper drainage. I reached out to Mark, the owner, and at first he blamed me for it. After further discussion, he agreed to send someone over to check on the issue the next day. However, the guy did not show up. I sent Mark a few text messages and he never replied back. This is not a legitimate or professional company. When I first talked to Mark, he had told me he was licensed. And after the contract signed, he told me he was not licensed. Do not trust this company for your concrete work.

When he arrived, he discovered that was not what it was but he would look at the situation and see how he could resolve it. He was here for several hours as he vacuumed, blew and pressure washed the turf. He did some investigating to find out that there was weed guard under the turf and he doesn't recommend that. So he finished the job and advised me that he didn't feel that he quite accomplished what he wanted to so he only charged me half of the price and he quoted me. This is customer service at its highest. People that you can trust to give you quality work and not rip you off. He's going to give me a quote to correct the situation in my yard and so I'm waiting for that now. I highly recommend this company if you need your turn cleaned or new turf installed.
