My Sprinker system went crazy this Sunday morning. One of the Siphon irrigation valve cracked and caused Sprinker heads to water for over two hours in early morning 6AM! My neighbor knocked my door by 8AM and let me know my front yard was flooded. It's a lovely Sunday but Lorenzo got back to me in 10mins and able to quote me with consultation over the phone. I sent requests through yelp for a quote to have a large, damaged tree removed. Juan called to see if he can swing by to look at the tree. He came around the time he said he would in the late afternoon, gave me a quote that was less than other quotes I received. I asked if he could start the same day, and he said he could but would not finish the same day. They cut the tree down and chopped it into smaller pieces for hauling. They completed the job in 2 days. The clean-up part of the job is where I knock a star off. They cleaned up most of the stuff, but leaves and a lot of saw dust were left behind in my backyard and walkways. I know not every grain of saw dust would be cleaned up, but I feel like the leaves and walkways could have been cleaned up more/better. read more

Lorenzo is very rude, he never showed up on time and has a bad attitude. He would show up at the wrong day and wrong time, doing a poor service without checking in nor communicating. He checked in after doing an incomplete work, got paid after pretending to finish and walked away. After I called him to complete the job he got paid for, he ghosted me. I have nothing but great things to say about Lorenzo and his team. They were quick to respond to my request and set up an appointment to check out my job and give me a quote that same day. He also set a time to come back in about 2 days to do the project with his team, who were very prompt on their arrival time. It wasn't an easy task either- The yard was overgrown with weeds, tall grasses and dead trees/shrubs. The team was able to remove everything and make my yard look clean and presentable, literally in an hour... I'm amazed by how quick they were given the extent of the project and size of my backyard. Overall they did an amazing job!! And for a very reasonable price, too! Once my hardscape project is completed, I would love to have them back to work on the landscape irrigation and help care for my plants long term! I sent him pictures and he gave me a price, which I felt was very reasonable. We set up a time and they came just about 15 minutes before they said they would. Not a pleasant experience. At first everything seemed fine but after about a couple months after we started having issues. I agreed on a monthly payment with them and in return I would receive an invoice for my records. After a month, I didn't receive anything and asked for an invoice. The next week I didn't hear anything, than he decided to contact my husband at work telling him to demand a check from me. He told him I didn't pay him what we agreed on. My husband reminded him that we needed an invoice for our records in order to pay, that was our agreement. After a lengthy conversation he decided to give us an invoice the next month for a total of 2 months which was fine with us. At that time we were out of state and my mother and brother were staying with my son at the time. He gave the invoice to my son and my son gave him the payment. Which then my brother, mother, and son noticed one of our light fixtures broken laying on the lawn. When I went back to my cameras, I was shocked and upset to see they broke it, looked around to make sure no one saw and left it there. When confronted, they denied it and told us "they couldn't work this way". After threatening to go to the city to report they're a a business with no license (which we found out during this situation) they then switched their tone, admitted to breaking the fixture and paid for it. They were very upset with us and did not want to continue services for us ( they were fired already ) and ended the conversation. Everything would of been different if they would of came clean and apologized, but unfortunately that wasn't the case here. This is a nightmare I am happy to get out of and I hope no one else goes through it. read more

I made an appointment with Lorenzo on Monday, Feb 8. He agreed to come to my home on Friday, Feb. 12 at 8:30 am. 8:30 am came and went. He texted at 12 noon and asked if 1pm was ok. I let him know I wasn't home. He then asked to come at 3:30 pm. I told him that wouldn't work either and suggested Monday, Feb. 15 at 3:30 pm. No response. This morning (Monday, Feb. 15) I texted him to see if were coming by at 3:30 pm, he said he was. It is now 8:40 pm. I have not seen nor heard from Lorenzo or any member of his team. HORRIBLE! Rude & unprofessional. Tricked me into thinking he was going to "remove" the weeds but he just weed-whacked them, cutting off the tops so they will grow back. Trimmed/killed a Japanese maple. Looked me right in the eye and said he didn't do it. "Removed" a tree by cutting off all the top branches, leaving the 5-ft trunk. Left branches & debris in pool, leaves in flower beds, damaged fence finial. read more
