We have had a terrible experience with Florencio and his team.It all started when I was looking someone to fix my sprinklers and I send a message to another company and I Recieved a text from Florencio daughter Diane that they are willing to do it and before I realize the family turn up at my house in 30 mins and say they need to change the rainbird sprinkler box and charge me $350 .Unfortunately nothing changed after that and when I reported that one of the sprinklers was leaking they never even returned my phone calls or messages .They also do maintainance and landscaping which is also a sham as they send these workers who do nothing except using a blower and charge monthly .You will never see Florencio or his daughter Diane again after they take your money .They are a total sham read more

Hired Florencio to repair sprinkler system when I met him he told me he had a sprinkler guy that would come out on the following Saturday to repair the sprinkler's when I checked my camera I saw Florencio and a female probably his wife and daughter. I paid him half of the cost and then I waited for him to come back to inspect the system together in order to complete full payment . It has been two weeks only text I received was a week ago stating I had not paid the balance . It seems like the answer to everything today is to "change the whole system", there is no longer room for diagnosis and repair. I had to point out all the leaks and areas with lack of pressure, otherwise there would be no fixing. He came exactly at the time he said he would, I appreciate that. He did his job, yes, but I was unsatisfied, given I had to point out the leaks and areas with lack of pressure for repair; otherwise the answer is "we can change the whole system". I was expecting a person to come in, check the whole system, check pressures on different areas, give me a diagnosis and price. And once the job is finished, do a run after finishing the job to ensure everything was working perfectly. This is far from what I got. By the end, I personally diagnosed lack of pressure on one part of my back yard. I will have to fix this myself over the weekend. read more
