We have had a terrible experience with Florencio and his team.It all started when I was looking someone to fix my sprinklers and I send a message to another company and I Recieved a text from Florencio daughter Diane that they are willing to do it and before I realize the family turn up at my house in 30 mins and say they need to change the rainbird sprinkler box and charge me $350 .Unfortunately nothing changed after that and when I reported that one of the sprinklers was leaking they never even returned my phone calls or messages .They also do maintainance and landscaping which is also a sham as they send these workers who do nothing except using a blower and charge monthly .You will never see Florencio or his daughter Diane again after they take your money .They are a total sham read more

I got a couple quotes using Yelp for installing my sprinkler system. A Amezuca Landscaping had a prompt response. He was very knowledgable and gave me a quote within 10 minutes. Even though his quote was originally cheaper then the first quote I got, I ended up going with someone else which I regretted because the other guy up-charged me in the end with hidden fees. It seems like the answer to everything today is to "change the whole system", there is no longer room for diagnosis and repair. I had to point out all the leaks and areas with lack of pressure, otherwise there would be no fixing. He came exactly at the time he said he would, I appreciate that. He did his job, yes, but I was unsatisfied, given I had to point out the leaks and areas with lack of pressure for repair; otherwise the answer is "we can change the whole system". I was expecting a person to come in, check the whole system, check pressures on different areas, give me a diagnosis and price. And once the job is finished, do a run after finishing the job to ensure everything was working perfectly. This is far from what I got. By the end, I personally diagnosed lack of pressure on one part of my back yard. I will have to fix this myself over the weekend. read more

Hired Florencio to repair sprinkler system when I met him he told me he had a sprinkler guy that would come out on the following Saturday to repair the sprinkler's when I checked my camera I saw Florencio and a female probably his wife and daughter. I paid him half of the cost and then I waited for him to come back to inspect the system together in order to complete full payment . It has been two weeks only text I received was a week ago stating I had not paid the balance . I advised him my schedule to come out and walk through to insure all work was completed he never responded back. Would not hire again. No communication!!!! read more
