I reveived a text in the morning of the appointment asking if I could move the appointment to 5:00P. I could not. I texted back giving this guy an entire week of availability to reschedule and asked that he let me know. I never heard back. it's been a week and still no followup from this company. With a work ethic like that, I am thankful I did not persue anything with this company. "Don't spend a dime, if they ain't got the time." Scary to think of the terrible possibilities.

If a homeowner gives a number higher than the company will do the work for, guess what?--that's just what the job will cost!! Knowing this, I replied with a ridiculous low-ball amount saying that the project probably will cost me more. I repeatedly asked for a formal proposal on the company form and the estimator continued to try to "play" with me by offering to text me a dollar amount or write that amount on a piece of paper that I supply.

They made time out of their busy day to come by, and did the job in under half an hour. It would of taken us the entire day, if we could even do it at all (the thing was stupid heavy.) I learned a lot just watching them work. We transplanted at the worst possible time while the shrub had started flowering, and we knew there was a high probability it wouldn't survive the transplant. However it's been three weeks and the shrub is blooming and alive, and we think this is largely due to how cleanly they cut the roots and how quickly and securely they got it back into the ground. The design he came up with addressed all of our erosion concerns and netted us a fantastic two level patio set up that gave us plenty of space to cook, eat and relax. The plantings are healthy, plentiful and addressed all of my requests on color, style, etc. Andrew was a breeze to work with from a design standpoint and John and his crew were consummate professions with the install.
