Although the area he finished appeared satisfactory, one side of the house and half the driveway were left untouched and strewn with debris. Upon raising this issue, he argued about the scope and tried to upsell to complete the 4th side of the house and the other half of the driveway. I paid the full $250 bid and feel cheated. I'll know who not to call next time the wind blows... UPDATED: Reply to Business Owner Who requests cleanup on only three sides of the house, or only half the driveway? Nobody. The team removed the long standing outdated plants, and then transported the newly purchased plants. They removed some lawn, installed weed barrier and prepared the beds. They planted everything adding fertilizer to help the roots develop. Finally, a timed-irrigation system was installed and covered with bark. Did a double walk around with a magnet sweeper to get any lsot metal staples from the old roof. They did a full flashing on each end of the barn, a layment under the shingles under the gutters for extra protection and used additional nails on the back side of the Barn more prone to wind.
