Amped up kids at 3pm on Sunday afternoon and they're closed. Did wind play an issue?

If you bring your own you don't have to rent or pay a fee, just your ticket for entry. It's been more packed now so the line to get in is longer, getting a table is harder, parking is worse. PARKING: The parking lot is small so I had to park around the block, but it's not a long walk. But now that's it's busier you have to drive around the block tryna find street parking. INSIDE: The place itself is super cute. They have a small store where you can purchase skates and skate accessories, They have tables and lockers, Vending machines, photo booth, the skate rental area, bathrooms and floor is carpet(for safety) and of course the skating rink. FOOD: They also sell food and beverages. And have vending machines next to the rink. Water, Soda, pizza, slushys, popcorn, nachos and a few more things I can't think of right now( basically snacking food). Online they have their calendar with the "events". Each "event" is themed/based on a. Artist, music genre, or age range. Some nights are 18+ others are all ages. So I would recommend looking into the theme of the night before going.

The first 30…read moreminutes were actually enjoyable -- it wasn't too crowded, and we were able to skate comfortably. Unfortunately, after that, the rink became extremely crowded and the temperature inside became very uncomfortable. It got to the point where it was difficult to enjoy skating because there were so many people on the floor and it was so hot. The concession lines were very long, and the prices felt high. I was also disappointed by the policy that outside water and snacks are not allowed. When I was paying at the window, I was told I could not bring in my water bottle (I explained it was empty), and I was eventually told "ok". However, having to pay 50 cents just to refill a water bottle seems excessive, especially at a place where people are exercising and getting overheated. Plus, having to wait in line is very inconvenient. Overall, the experience felt overpriced for what we got. If the rink were less crowded, better ventilated, and more accommodating with basic necessities like water, it would be a much better experience.

We had a private instructor who coached, taught and helped the children skate. We had the ice skating rink in the back all to ourselves. There's 3 different rinks. All 3 different rinks played different types of music played on the speakers. As soon as we arrived we went straight to the left side booth where they had skates. The person was very nice and provided great customer service. Gave us the sizes we needed for skates. There are also shelves and places to store your shoes so you can skate confidently without having to worry about your shoes. It's so neat to watch others skating and doing their dance routines. We saw a group of skaters dancing and it was beautiful. You can tell their professionals. At the end of the party, they gave all 10 of our children free passes to come back and skate for free along with a free skating lesson.

Well it's June 3rd and we found out (despite them hiding the LiveBarnCameras that our coaches used to have access to) that they are STILL holding hockey games here and various hockey try-out clinics. WTAF??!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY DID YOU SAY IT WAS BEING MELTED DOWN??? WHY COULDN'T YOU LET THE FIGURE SKATERS CONTINUE TO USE IT DURING OUR DESIGNATED SESSIONS????? I was a loyal regular skater there 3-4x a week for YEARS and put so much money into your business. To be lied to and scammed like this is shameful. I hope you get all the bad karma you have coming to you and I will find a way to write a complaint on every single public platform there is as well as the California Better Business Bureau and whatever other legal methods I can find to make sure you are reported for any and every single violation of the law you make. SHAME ON YOU. You had an entire community. A family of people loyal to your rink and you screwed us over.

Staff is friendly enough. There is also a side room inside the rink area to sit and be "warmer". Only rink I've ever been to that does not have a coffee vending machine, but they do have drinks, snacks, and an ice cream (dippin dots-like) vending machine. Note: If you get there a little early for free skate, just walk around all the people outside. They are not waiting to get in, they most likely just finished their game/session and are all just talking.

Her and her friends had an absolute blast. Noel in sales was incredibly helpful from start to finish. we truly can't thank her enough. We were allowed to bring our own food and drinks, which made everything so much easier, especially since so many kids in our party had food allergies. We also had a Halloween themed party and brought our own food and hot chocolate, and the staff was completely accommodating. It made the whole experience even more special. The entire staff was kind, organized, and super helpful. They made check-in simple by handing out wristbands for our guests and letting us set up the party room without any stress. We had a lot of kids who didn't know how to skate, and the blue dolphins were a lifesaver they helped so much and kept the kids confident and moving on the ice. Everything was fantastic. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday so special!!!
