Rhonnie and her team are incredible! We a senior Golden Retriever, a young German Shepherd and two cats who are all very needy and require a lot of love and attention. Heidi always goes above and beyond with taking care of our house and pets - she stays at our house almost 24/7 spending quality time with them while also sending numerous pictures and updates throughout the day to give us ease when we are gone. She is very observant as well (she recently noticed a lump on one of our dogs) and is transparent with her communication which shows that she really cares about your pets. My pets are always very happy and comfortable when Heidi stays over, even though they have some seperation anxiety from my husband and I. I have had many pets over many years - which means A LOT of pet sitters - and Rhonnie and her team are by far the best we have had. I prefer her as my first choice everytime! Rhonnie and Sarah took great care of our dogs (and betta fish) in our home while we were on vacation. This was a lifesaver for our 14 year old dog who has mobility issues and would have really struggled to stay at a boarding place or even in another home. Having a pet sitter was a new experience for our dogs and they were both unsure of what was happening at the start, but Sarah made sure that they soon felt safe and comfortable. Sarah kept us updated on how our dogs were doing and sent us great photos. We appreciate so much the care she gave our dogs, especially our older dog who needs help on stairs and has twice-per-day meds - not the easiest pet sitting job. She really went above and beyond for us and we have already recommended Rhonnie and Sarah to a couple of neighboring families looking for in-home pet-sitting for their dogs. We hired Errand Service Biz for the first time to stay with our two pups while we were out of state for one week. Rhonnie was very responsive to all of our questions and her communication was excellent. Both Rhonnie and Sarah, our pet sitter, came to the house before her stay. They spent time getting to know our pups and took the time and care to ask all the right questions about our dogs and their routine and needs. In June, 2019 we moved our then 97 year old mother and her 13 year old dog and best friend Buck from Rockport, Maine to Assisted Living in Louisville, CO. Shortly after moving in we hired Errand Services Biz to walk Buck 4 times per day, feed him morning and evening and ensure he got his pills on time. Rhonnie brought Mark on board to be Buck's primary care taker and it was a match made in heaven. Mark and Buck became instant friends and everyone looked forward to the daily visits for over 9 months. But sadly, Buck got cancer and had to leave us all. Cat, our sitter, took incredible care of our dog and house while we were away, giving us peace of mind that we've never had before. They have a very thorough pet sitting agreement, were very communicative and flexible with setting up the meet and greet and even checking in with us the day before their arrival date. Rhonnie took care of my silk back bearded dragon, Louise, on a last minute attempt to find a sitter while i was away for the week. She had never worked with bearded dragons before but saw my urgency and was more then happy to take care of Louise with no hesitation! She was EXCELLENT! cannot recommend her enough. My family and I had a situation in which we needed last minute dog sitting services for a weekend for our sick dog so we could attend a funeral. Rhonnie and Errand Service Biz are fantastic! Rhonnie is so enthusiastic about animals and it showed immediately in her meet-and-greet with our kitties. They came right over to investigate and she was so sweet with them. We also loved her incredible communication while we were traveling! She sent text messages and photos during each visit so we could see our sweet furries. And, she even played with our shyest cat who would spend much of each visit laying under our bed. Contacted Errand Services on short notice around the holiday season when I needed someone to visit our cats a few times over a 2 week period during traveling. Rhonnie got back very quickly and was very accommodating on working out a schedule. Rhonnie provided fantastic service during her 30 minute visits at a very reasonable price; she made sure all three cats were fed, watered, cleaned the litter boxes and even brought toys and treats to play with them. Rhonnie and her team helped make a trip to Colorado from Ohio for my aunt and uncle stress-free in taking good care of their dogs (a 130 pound mixed breed beast and a pit bull) while they attended my wedding. So last minute they rallied 3 wonderful ladies who all came over to meet us and the pets.
