Check in and check out went smoothly. Dentist: Dr. Polizois is fantastic and if you say be gentle, he actually listens! His bedside manner is excellent. His Assistant Janet was great. She explained everything and delivered service with a smile. Most of the staff has been there for years. That says a lot. All of them do a great job. The space is very tidy. Lesson learned they are not a cosmetic dentistry and I spent a chunk of money for a partial (nesbit) to find this out. The first one had to be replaced due to the pain it caused my mouth and it looked fake. After writing them a letter they did allow me to come back. I waited quite a long while for them to fix it to find out after I called they informed me the company they were working with up and closed. They had to get me another one made. This one cuts my top gum when I pull it out and hurts so I can't leave it in. I didn't feel comfortable going back again and have counted it a loss. I don't reccomend them for any type of cosmetic dentistry. I also had never experienced the way they do billing and question if it breaks hippa violations. When you go to sign out the front area is right there and everyone can hear them talking about what you owe. They don't ask if you can pay today they ask how you are going to pay today. There is no privacy to this. They don't tell you that you have to pay before they bill your insurance company. They do let you know your estimated share of the bill.

But sure enough I called when I arrived. I was asked some health and travel questions. I was told I could come up. Staff took my temperature and had me sign for It. I was helped by Tina who showed me where to hang up my coat. She was so sweet too, I'm in crutches and she helped put all my stuff aside. Everyone was wearing masks and I saw a lot of hand washing. I was instructed to use hand sanitizer when I arrived as well. I sat down and Tina did my cleaning and the dentist did my exam and I was done in no time. Not much pain (only where I don't brush enough on one side). And everyone was so nice. Easy parking, easy to make appointments, and It felt very safe.

So glad I selected them. Lisa Daniel was my dentist and everything from cleaning to cavity was quick and relatively painless. The front desk customer service and dental assistant were also amazing. The front desk took the initiative to double check my insurance before I arrived to ensure I was covered. Once my cleaning was done, I had to make an appointment for the cavity and they didn't have an appointment until the new year but offered to put me on a waiting list for cancelled appointments. I got a call same day that someone had canceled for the coming week. All work was quoted prior to service and final amount aligned with the pre-service quote. Highly recommend.

To start, EVERY TIME I went in, they recommend getting a night guard with long description why (EVERY TIME, even though I said no EACH TIME....same to my husband too. Dentists have never told either of us we had a problem before here). It got to the point where I would l walk in and say, "I don't want a night guard", before they would start talking. They recommended a filling on my 12-year-old daughter's Baby Tooth cavity (which was not in critical shape), the tooth fell out 2 weeks later (thank goodness I went with my gut). My friend who has NEVER had a cavity her whole life, had to get a filling at THIS office. They recommended my husband get a filling the next visit, (spoiler alert, our new dentist, didn't see a problem with that tooth.) Final straw, they recommended I get a crown on a tooth that was not hurting, and I could not see what they were talking about on the Xray, which would cost me over $500. Done! Found a new dentist. My new dentist DID NOT recommend a crown, they replaced the filling and I still have my $500. (FYI, new dentist does not recommend a night guard to either of us).
