I suppose if I hadn't left Maryland in five years ago and I miss him I suppose that if I had not moved to NC 5 years ago... my trust level would have matured by now. My husband was ultimately "fired" as a patient after raising concerns directly with the doctor about the front desk's cold and unwelcoming treatment toward people of a certain hue--an experience my daughter also shared. Aside from one newer staff member who was friendly and helpful, this behavior went unaddressed. Instead, my husband was promptly dismissed as a client. I initially overlooked the front office's behavior because I really liked the back-office staff. But just as the doctor chose to side with his employees, I chose to side with my family.

My first 1 star review: Wow, the place is creepy looking. My…read more16 year old and 17 year old got their cleaning done in 10 minutes. They said that he only used a vibration chisel tool and nothing else. They were not asked any questions about their dental health and I didn't fill out any forms. None of the normal 'cleaning' procedure like flossing were done. They also said that the back area was dirty and the dental tools smelled like bad breath. Do not go here, safe yourself the trip.
