I didn't realize they had a little parking lot so I parked on the street and walked around until it was time to go inside. Please keep in mind to get to the entrance it is a fair amount of stairs, I am unsure if there is there an elevator or not. The office doesn't open until 9 but I was booked for 9 am and knew I had to come in a little early to sign the medical documents. The very kind receptionist was happy to see me at 8:50 am and helped me to sign the documents. She kindly brought me water while I waited for the esthetician to be ready. My consultation with the esthetician made me feel cared about as she took in my skin concerns and products I use. Sometimes during this process at other spas, one can feel judgement for their personal routine but she was so kind and genuinely wanted to make sure I had a good routine. She had excellent techniques and my skin was so clean and hydrated. She did give me extractions that I was nervous about but I know I needed it, she had the perfect touch to my skin as she was trying to make it as painless as possible for me. At the end she gave me some recommendations for my future skincare and I hope to see her again soon so she can reassess my skin again. Overall I had a great experience and would love to book again.

I had a haircut here, which I ended up waiting for the stylist for over an hour. When she finally saw me she said it was bc some scraggly haired woman with her extensions came in last minute demanding she fix her hair, and so she spent hours re bonding (or whatever the term is?) the hair. I'm not trying to be mean here, but the woman had very fine blonde hair that was bob length and got hair down to her waist. My aside here is ...ladies...can we just love what we have and maybe do any enhancements in moderation instead of totally going overboard with the extensions down to our tushies?! And, yes, I was rightfully upset bc I had an appt and this woman did not, yet I had to wait for my scheduled service?? Totally doesn't make sense. The kicker was when I told the stylist she should have rescheduled me if she was going to be so late, and her response was that she didn't want to lose another customer that day. Welp, she definitely lost me as a customer, because I'd never go back to her. The cut was okay but overall a mind boggling experience and a waste of my time. The other experience I had was getting a facial from an aesthetician. I specifically let her know I didn't want any animal tested or animal products on my skin. And yet, she slapped collagen on my face (and it wasn't marine collagen). She also didn't do any arm or neck massage, which is odd because with all the facials I've had at other places, I've always had a light massage while a mask is on my face. When I asked about the massage, the aesthetician said she leaves the room while my mask is on vs doing a massage. Additionally, she kept using the term "anti-aging", despite me sharing that I'm not against what natural process happens to us all, and I don't like language that makes us hate a natural process. I think (especially in a spa or salon setting) there are far more positive terms we can use to describe caring for our skin. Rejuvenating, refreshing, aging with grace, naturally enhancing...sounds far more from a place of love and acceptance for ourselves than "anti-aging". From both of these less than par experiences, my take away was that I was in a low caliber salon, and not a specialized, leveled up establishment. It's been a year and I haven't returned, nor would I recommend this place to others.

When clearly told by the staffer that Dr. Jamali does, in fact , perform that particular filler in the immediate mouth region, I actually questioned her (since I know that doctors differ in this regard, and requested her to directly ask Dr. Jamali to confirm that she does that type on injection. The staffer exited to ask Dr. Jamali, and I was assured that she definitely does. On that basis I went for the appointment, was quickly ushered into a treatment room and told to pay a $100 consultation fee (which I did pay, since I had been assured of the treatment). Dr. Jamali then entered the room and forcefully stated "Oh no -- I NEVER do injections with this filler in the mouth region" - so, precisely the opposite! of my assurance. Dr. Jamali then proceeded to 'explain to me' that I needed a different procedure, which happened to be far more expensive. Clearly, this FALSE 'reassurance' was intended to simply LURE me into the office. A truly UNFAIR business practice, if not directly DISHONEST.

Now medical doctors having to get involved due to eye issues this has caused. Serious concerns with safe technique here and accountability. They've essentially deformed my face and I feel like I cannot be in public and meeting with clients. It looks absolutely awful. I paid $1200 for this. An update that they've almost made an apology, but it is a "sorry but we're just going to keep gaslighting you".

I have seen Valentyna four times now over the span of a little over 1 year. I feel that Valentyna is skilled in her work, and I think she refines and updates her techniques too. I see how Valentyna's massage experience (I say experience, because I feel that my appointment from start to finish is a whole experience) is reflected in how my face looks - in front of the mirror and in pictures. My face looks more dewy, lifted, glowing, and radiant. I think some lymphatic massage is also incorporated. I feel shifts in my energy during my massage appointment. Valentyna's massage room is aesthetic, pretty, welcoming, and bright (not like bright lights, like bright vibes). The seating almost feels like getting into a warm and cozy bed! Valentyna is accommodating to me in my requests when I know and remember the ingredients, since I aim to use vegan skincare products. When receiving my massage, I experience how it feels for my face and body to be moved and to be relaxed. I am aiming to connect relaxation and release of tension with visual and physical benefits of myself. A massage and skincare from Valentyna is like a check point for me - like seeing a dentist for cleanings, but you still brush your teeth every day. I just had my first treatment with Valentyna for the sculptural massage and I can't recommend her services more! I have pretty bad TMJ at the moment, and had been searching forever to find someone who specializes in buccal massage and my treatment was incredible! I felt So relaxed and really loved every minute of my treatment. If I could I'd do this every day! The stress and pain in my jaw feels so much better and overall feels less tense. I got the plasma fibroblast treatment on one upper-eye lid because the lid sagged in a way that the…read moreother eye lid didn't. This may have also been due to a double crease vs a single crease on the opposite eye. It was especially noticeable in the mornings when I would get puffy eyes and always when l'd do my winged tip eyeliner. I don't get Botox and didn't want to resort to anything extreme like surgery to improve this. Upon calling Annette for additional information, she was quick to suggest a FaceTime to properly consult and continue answering questions about the procedure and process. Prior to and post-procedure, she provided instructions to prepare for and continue after care. Throughout the entire process she made sure to check-in and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way, which was much appreciated. Overall l am satisfied with Annette's service and the results of the lift in my lid (now only have 1 crease, with the eye looking more like a twin than a sister to the other). I am only 32, so I wasn't sure how much of a lift l'd see. The only issue I'm still having is that after 7 weeks, I am still pink in the area of the procedure. The area definitely does not heal in as timely of a fashion as I was led to believe/had researched, but this could be due to the sensitivity of my skin or coloring of my skin. I get hyperpigmentation from time to time but it does normally end up going away (though I use skincare products religiously). However, if you're prone to hyperpigmentation I would not recommend these types of procedures for you. It may make your discoloration worse or at the very least, take a much much longer length of time to fully heal.
