[[HIGHLIGHT]]You book an appointment ahead of time online, and they will text you to confirm the appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When you check in, there is a small waiting room, and you will be asked to remove your shoes and put on some comfy spa slides (I like this!) The only service I have had done is "mini lashes", and the ladies there do a wonderful job. I have asked for the lashes to look natural and not too long, and the results are great! Clean, beautiful, relaxing, respectful and professional environment. I had a lash lift done and it was quick and efficient - about 40 minutes. I'm 46 with some crepe to my upper lids which I thought would make the process more challenging, but they executed the service flawlessly. The result is fuller looking lashes with a nice, even and sweeping curl. They did a great job. I was expecting a slightly more dramatic effect but I still really like how they look, it was definitely an upgrade and I felt very well cared for there. Next time I'll get more of a curl and maybe a tint too. read more

My eyelash is weak and not that strong. I had few times eyelash extensions experience before, the quality of the lash is totally could not compare with Chic Lash lashes, they use premium silk, it is super light, very comfortable to wear everyday. The glue they use are very comfortable that I did not feel anything hurting my eyes. I passed out when I get my lashes done, the environment is very relaxing. I am outraged. I asked for the max curling and max tinting and my eyelashes look like a 10-year-old crappily curled them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was barely greeted by the woman in a well-decorated space[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and I had to fill out a waiver, what was a little weird about the waiver is that it was extremely expressed that there were no refunds.
