TP in TP Tea stands for Taiwan Professional. This is definitely pro level tea and I'm a fan. Today I went with jasmine green milk tea and I really enjoy it. I also appreciate that they have caffeine free fruit drinks, which is helpful if I'm getting something at night. In previous visits, I've had their strawberry milk tea and their fresh milk tea, which are completely different experiences. Their strawberry milk tea has a smoothie consistency and has fresh fruit. Despite its consistency there is a nice tart creaminess from the dairy in the drink, I appreciate the refreshing flavor from the fresh strawberry. The "velvet fresh milk tea" has a really rich taste from the milk. It's unique; however, it's a little too rich for my preferences and it's why I tend to go with their regular "jasmine milk tea" with boba. I appreciate this location in Cerritos; however, they also have a location in Irvine. This is a great spot for boba in the area.
Made a quick stop here with my husband. He went down to order. He said it was a self-ordering kiosk to place your order. We already looked at the menu ahead of time before so we can be in and out. So we received our order right away. I ordered a premium Jasmine green tea with 0% sweetness and easy ice. My drink was very floral and tea forward because I didn't get any sugar in mine - which I like. My husband got a mango ice tea with boba and aiyu jelly. He liked his drink. I tasted it and it has a good, distinct mango taste. The boba had good texture and chew. He didn't know what the big jelly squares were. I told him that's the jelly lol. I tasted a bit of it. It has no taste (imo) but he liked it. And once he got to the bottom of his drink, there were big chunks of mango which were hard to slurp up in the straw. This place has cute decor. Very simple. It's a place worth stopping by again and trying out the other drinks they have.
Pretty good. The menu is consistent with their other locations, but they ran out of the Lychee Cube Pearl Fruit Tea, which is why we came in the first place. So be sure to call ahead to see if they have the drink you want. My mom is a huge fan of the TGY Family Milk Tea, and we were glad they kept their standards up, as she really enjoyed her drink. * TGY Family Milk Tea: 10/10 - great toppings and milk tea flavor * Passion Fruit Green Tea: 9/10 - sweet and tart * Jasmine Green Tea: 5/10 - bland and tasteless * Boba (Topping): 8/10 - soft and chewy but a bit small * Cheese Creama (Topping): 2/10 - no flavor considering it's a $1.25 add-on Compared to their other locations, this one is a bit smaller, and there isn't much seating. You have to use the mobile kiosks to order, and we waited about 10 minutes for our drinks. They accidentally forgot the Cheese Creama for one of our drinks, and it took them about 8 minutes just to add it, which we thought was very weird. Nevertheless, the workers were still able to fix it, and we didn't really have any major problems during our visit. The shop is located in a plaza with a supermarket, so parking should be relatively easy. The majority of the menu items are great, and we'll definitely be back to try some other items!
My friend and I get our nails done across the street and our usual spot was closed so we decided to venture out. She ordered the chai tea and I got the mango passion smoothie. You do not order in person. Instead you will order on a kiosk. When ordering it makes you have to add what percentage you want your sugar level (30, 50, 80, or 100%). After that you get to choose your toppings. Both drinks were really great! The place felt very chill, but also a little fast paced as well. Will definitely be coming back! P. S.- this place also has a rewards program so make sure you sign up for that!
I had someone drop off some tea for me from here, and I really enjoyed it. We tried a few of the unique flavors. Kyoto Uji Matcha Latte - Pretty tasty with nicely balanced flavors, and the matcha flavor was strong. Super refreshing. (4.5/5) Strawberry Milk Tea with QQ Noodles - The interesting part was the noodles. It was actually really tasty, and I've never had that before. The strawberry milk tea was good, though I've had better. Still super solid. (4/5) Overall, it was a refreshing drink and a reasonably sized portion. I would definitely get it again.
We were having lunch nearby and wanted to come to TP tea since there aren't any in SGV area. I've only had TP tea one other time several years ago in Hong Kong. I ordered a Jasmine milk tea with boba. It was good. Tea taste was strong and the drink was creamy. Inside is small but they have 3 tables and some chairs on one side of the store. The other side they have 2 kiosks. Most people grabbed their drinks to go. We chilled here for an hour and people were constantly coming in and out. There is plenty of parking. They are in the same plaza and seafood city and a few Filipino bakeries.
Ordered at the counter since the kiosk was not on. Cashier was nice and friendly. Ordered 3 drinks, lychee strawberry smoothie, lemon jasmine tea 50 percent sweet, and a lychee cube pearl fruit tea. Lychee strawberry - the lychee part of the smoothie is sweet but once you mix it up with the strawberry it's perfect. The strawberry had a good amount of tartness. Lemon jasmine tea with aiyu jelly at 50% sweet - very refreshing and tart. Lychee cube pearl fruit tea - the lychee was not as strong in this one but probably because we had adjusted the sweetness a bit too low. The cube pearl was interesting.
Recently opened up in a busy plaza in Cerritos, so parking is plentiful. Located right next to a donut shop and adjacent to Bank of America. I tried their tie guan yin milk tea and thai tea brulee tornado, but definitely will be a returning customer for the milk tea! Their boba is small but soft and chewy, and the milk tea itself has a strong tea flavor. The vibes and interior decor is nice and earthy with smooth warm tones. You can order using the iPad kiosks or with the employees directly.

It was just my friends and I for a good while. There's only one long bench for seating and no tables, so I wouldn't say it's the best place to sit and hang out for a long time, but you could if you wanted to. While we were waiting for our drinks, a few other customers came in to order or pick up their drinks. There's a kiosk for ordering, but if those are busy, you can also order at the counter. Even though there were only about two workers, the drinks were made pretty quickly. Overall, the drinks were solid, nothing to complain about, and honestly better than I expected.
I was reading the reviews and found out this place is actually well known in Taiwan, and honestly, it tastes legit. I got the fruit tea and it was super refreshing. You could really taste the tea itself and not just the sweetness. What I loved most was how affordable it is, especially since it comes with a lot of add ons. You know how some boba shops even charge for pearls? Not here. The drinks are also huge for the price, which is a big plus. From the outside, the signage and lettering are not very eye catching, so I never really noticed it even though I am always around the plaza. There also is not much seating. But once you are inside, it is actually really pretty, clean and minimalist vibe
One of my go-to's for boba, literally would drive to Irvine when this location was not open yet. I love how they are always consistent with the flavor of their drinks! My favorites have to be the Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea, 3Q TP Milk Tea (love this cause it already comes with the best toppings-- boba, QQ noodle, & coffee jelly), and the Four Season Osmanthus Ice Tea. Love the modern aesthetic and vibe! Kind of wish there was more space for seating if you just wanted to chat with friends or study here. But seems to be more of a take and go type of boba shop. Not really much to comment on the service cause I usually use the kiosk for self-ordering, but service was great during grand opening of this location. End note: would DEFINITELY recommend for the quality and consistency of their drinks!
There is just no better milk tea in the states than TP Tea! I got TP Tea in Irvine and was so happy to see a location open in Cerritos. Had to see if it was as good and, thank goodness, it's the same. I usually order online and go in for pickup as service can be a little slow. But I like that the always wipe down the cup for you before you take it so there are no drips. It's very small inside. Usually people just grab and go. If people are sitting inside, it's just to wait for their drink.
This place is one of our tea place in rotation. It's in the plaza where seafood city is at near Goldilocks. We love their teas because you really taste the tea. I really don't like places where I taste more sugar and other flavors rather than the tea. They remind me of other tea spots we enjoy that don't allow substitutions much. I'm glad they let me change the sweetness level though because I've been to a few that don't. I love their TGY drinks and my husband enjoys their brown sugar slush a lot. He isn't a slushie kind of guy but he loves theirs. My kids love the matcha and brown sugar milk. I def have more to try because I will be back! There aren't a lot of people inside usually but there are a lot of to go orders because seating is very minimal. Like 5-7 people only. The service is good. They fixed my order when they messed up on it. She didn't look too happy doing it haha but she got my Toppings wrong. Thank you for fixing it!

This has quickly become my favorite boba spot in the area. We've tried a bunch of drinks so far and every single one has been good. The toppings are honestly what keep bringing me back. The pudding is great, the coffee jelly is great, and the boba texture is exactly how I like it. I almost never get boba on back-to-back days, but we've done it for TP Tea because it's that good. The staff is always chill, drinks come out fast, and everything has been consistently solid. Definitely one of those places where it's hard to go wrong no matter what you order. read more
I got the strawberry milk tea with crystal boba and tian guan in fresh milk with the QQ noodles and coffee jelly. Both drinks were amazing! The employee was nice, answered my question about golden jelly which is a sweet jelly but she recommended the tea jelly! I'll def try it one day. The inside is very clean and fresh. Large group ordered and we used Local to preorder. The order was ready on time. Drinks here are always consistent. I love the black sesame series and I love the taro topping. It's a great choice for a large order. Easy parking. Please come and create your own adventure. read more

Before I found this place, I have been going to this place in Cerritos for a long time, I mean a VERY LONG TIME (since my kid was in 7grade and now she graduated from college) so you guys know what I mean here. So recently that place was not as good as it was so I was trying find my good spot. Here I am, TP Tea House. Best so far. I went there last night (03/22/2026). I got 3 drinks and all of them were excellent. I definitely come back here again. I think I should try everything there just to know how they are. The place is so clean and friendly staff. TP Tea recently opened in Cerritos (and has additional location in Rowland Heights). This location has some bench seating for 6 or so, and is mostly take out business. We tried a few items, but come back for the Moo My Taro. We select less ice (can't do no ice) and 30% sweet to create a flavorful taro-forward drink that is great for children too since non-caffeinated and not too sweet. Tie Guan Yu milk tea was a standard black milk tea, smooth, appropriately sweet at 30%. Golden Osmanthus Ai Yu Lemonade at 15% sweetness was appropriately tart, lemonade was stronger than osmanthus though, hard to change due to nature of lemonade, would rather get tea or Moo My Taro. The only thing we didn't care for was the Four Season Osmanthus Milk Tea (no ice and 30% sweet) which was smooth but had a different sweetener than the Tie Guan Yu milk tea. This one tasted like an artificial sweetener (reminds me of stevia I think). read more

Came back here to try more of their drinks after such a good time with their Tieguanyin milk tea with boba. I believe I got their standard boba milk tea and their Tieguanyin QQ/family milk tea (I forget which one specifically...the toppings change based on which you select). I think their TGY milk tea with just boba is like a 5 star drink. And their standard boba milk tea is quite good as well, but obv not as good at the TGY. The TGY with like 3 toppings is too much toppings, in my opinion. It kind of detracts and draws away from the very delicious and tasty tea flavor of the drink, which I think is detrimental. I think their boba is solid, but not a fan of their jelly/noodles. Would stick to just the milk teas with a basic boba. They have a rewards program, although you have to spend like $100 to get 1 free drink. I thought this was a little excessive, but when I compared it to Wushiland's I found it was approximately the same lol. I'll get that free drink eventually. Ordered at the tablets at the side of the store because convenient and I'm shy LOL. Employees were nice and quick with my drink. Not too many people in the store either. Parking was really easy to snag as they share a massive lot with a giant supermarket and a few stores. read more
We used to drive to Irvine for this, but ever since they opened this location closer to home it's much more convenient. We love their good quality boba drinks. This time around we got Wintermelon fresh milk w/ boba, brown sugar boba milk, & 3Q TP milk tea. For the brown sugar boba milk, I did 50% sweet so that it wouldn't be overly sweet. I recommend ordering ahead online for pickup so that it is ready to go when you arrive. read more
TP tea is now one of my favorite boba spots and I'm so happy to see they're expanding. Came on a weeknight and we were the only ones there. It's small inside and there's some bench seating with small tables, but not a place to work/study. They have two kiosks you can order from. I love how there's so many options you can choose from! My favorites are the Tie Guan Yin MT and the Winter Melon Tie Guan Yin Oolong (70% sweet) with QQ noodles. The QQ noodles are my favorite and I love the texture!! I believe the drinks came out to about $7 each with the topping. Overall, love the variety of the drinks and quick service. read more

Heard this place was popular in Taiwan and was excited to hear it was opening near OC. As soon as you walk in, the workers are friendly. There's really no where to sit and drink if you go with a group. I got the Tie Guan Yin tea and my husband got the TGY family. The teas were really good! Very flavorful compared to other places that have something similar. Highly recommend! read more
TP Tea is a popular Taiwanese boba tea shop that is now open in the Cerritos area! This spot is located in the same plaza as the Seafood City Supermarket where there is a good amount of parking. This location is on the smaller side with a bench area for seating and two kiosk machines for ordering. For their drink options, they have different tea, milk tea, coffee, and smoothie drinks to choose from. I got Honey Lemon Blended Tea and it was super refreshing! All of the drinks are high quality here and you really cannot go wrong with any choice. All of the staff here are friendly and welcoming as well. read more
Coffee tea cheese foam- 4/5 Cousin enjoyed very much! The cheese foam complimented the drink well. Sunshine ice tea- 2/5 I personally didn't like too much? The ice was pretty "chunky" than slushy? The pineapple was too dense for me to drink as well? I thought I would enjoy the drink since it's one of their popular ones? But personally, I didn't enjoy the pineapple/orange combo :/ Milk tea- 3/5 Pretty average milk tea! Nothing TOO over the top or special. Sweetness was 100% which was totally fine, not overly sweet. Price point, all 3 drinks came up to a total of $20. Not bad for drinks nowadays! Workers were all very friendly. Small boba shop with very very small tables lol. read more

Tried the Velvet Snow Jasmine Fresh Milk. Smooth, fragrant, and not overly sweet. Jasmine flavor was clean and balanced, and the texture was super creamy. Great spot for quality boba drinks in Artesia. read more
Love that TP is in Cerritos. No longer need to drive out to Irvine. Had a pleasant experience here today. So many drinks to choose from and today I was really craving Treasure Taro Milk Tea and the Taiwanese Classic Milk Tea. However, being lactose intolerant prevented me from being able to satisfy my cravings. Belle was super helpful and matched the taste for me by recommending the following alternative version of the drinks: Treasure Taro Milk Tea- Substitute with Premium Jasmine Green Tea Latte 15% Sugar, Regular Ice, Add House Made Taro Paste, Pudding, and Oak Milk. Taiwanese Classic Milk Tea- Substitute with Signature Black Tea Latte, 15% Sugar, Regular Ice, add Boba, QQ Noodles, Grass Jelly and Oat Milk I absolutely loved both drinks though next time I'll get the Signature Black Tea over the Jasmine Green Tea as my base tea for both drinks but that's just a personal preference. Ambiance and decor is simple, urban and chic with plenty of natural sunlight which fits perfectly for a tea shop. They're currently on their soft opening, training new staff but doesn't affect the quality of your drinks, service and experience. Sasha said the grand opening will be on 5/24 with free tote bag giveaway for the first 50 customers. Hope you're one of the first 50 because the tote bag is actually pretty cool. read more

Went here on a weekend and it surprisingly wasn't too busy so our drinks came out quickly! This was my first time at TP Tea and I got the Pineapple Ice Tea with QQ noodles. The drink was very refreshing! I got it at a 50% sweetness and the combo of the pineapple and the jelly was perfect! I've also never had QQ noodles so that was new for me and I really liked it. It has a nice chewiness to it and adds a nice level of sweetness to the drink. Overall, I enjoyed my drink and will be back to try others! read more

Just opened and decided to give it a try and see what it's all about. I heard great things about this from Irvine peeps. No tables inside. Basically, grab and go. Plenty of parking. We got their signature milk tea to try. We didn't change sugar level. Overall, it's great! If the signature is great, their other drinks must be wonderful. Plenty of drinks to choose from. My favorite boba tea spot is now a tad bit closer to me! I love their drinks at the Irvine location and so the expectations were high for this Cerritos location. Located in the same plaza as Seafood City and other smaller mom and pop shops, TP Tea fits right at home! I love going to Buena Park for pho at Sup Noodles and this was a 12 min drive from the restaurant. My favorite go tos are the house boba milk tea and the honey green tea. They tout their honey green tea as made from the highest grade of honey from Taiwan and you can really taste the difference from other boba tea shops! The milk tea has its own unique taste and you can tell it's high quality. Boba size is smaller than normal boba but it's bigger than mini boba. It's quite good. They had many employees working behind the counter and drinks were made quickly. Interior is brand new and looks very clean. Can't wait to come back! read more

We came here for grand opening and was shocked to find that there were no lines at 5pm. Awesome for us because normally with BOGO specials, the estimate wait is usually about an hour. We were able to order and get our drinks within 5 mins! I ordered their sesame iron goddess milk tea and I love their cube pearls! It's a nice texture and more fun to drink than regular pearls. It's literally cube shape and has a bit of a more bite. My fiancé ordered the QQ milk tea with all the herb jelly, pudding and boba. Everything tasted perfect! Sweetness was on par. I'm sad to see this place turn from Twinkle tea but happy to see it was just replaced with another boba franchise. read more
Came for their soft and grand opening days! Soft opening- very quick to order and not too crowded. However, they did not have some drink options available (sesame iron goddess, cube pearl). My tie guan yin latte was strong as usual, boba nice bite. Grand opening was actually not too bad of a line. A staff member helped place orders on their 2 self order screens. However, there were groups of people crowded around and in front of the door, drinking their boba for quite a long time. This made it confusing to find where the line actually was. The sesame iron goddess with cube boba is appealing in name. Sesame was prominent, milky, like dessert. However, the drink itself had almost zero tea flavor- unexpected for "iron goddess" which is normally a strong tea. Half sweet was still too sweet for my liking. The cube pearls were nice to try, but I wouldn't get it again. They didn't have the brown sugar flavor like regular boba. Instead, they were just sweet, slightly chewy, and a little bit angular in the mouth. I wouldn't get this drink again. Overall, typical TP Tea like other locations. Nothing really stands out. However, the guy handing out samples was well-versed in the menu and teas- great energy too. read more
