Ice cream parlor/ shop located in a very popular/ busy strip mall in Cerritos. From what I understand their thing is that they make ice cream with the highest fat content allowed before what I guess is not considered ice cream anymore lol. This results in a very rich texture. I love ice cream and I have to say the ice cream here is really delicious. The space is clean and the vibes are good. The service here is very friendly and helpful as well. They're very patient even though it can get really busy with lines out the door. They have classic flavors as well as seasonal experimental ones. I ended up getting the black sesame cookies and cream as well as the Thai tea butter crunch. So delicious. I came on a weekend evening and parking in this area could be really tight. There's a lot of restaurants and other places here that are all pretty popular so this place can get really crowded.
I am not someone that loves ice cream and yet this place made me so very happy. The ice cream flavors are inventive and tasty. I tried a split cup with two flavors: Salted Pistachio Brittle and Milk and Cereal. They were both scrumptious. This may have been the first time I've finished an ice cream. The staff is wonderful and you can try multiple favors before making a decision. It does get busy so just be patient and enjoy the AC. You can also buy pint a of ice cream to go.
After sampling severaL flavors, I really liked the fruity flavors (Bumbleberry Cheesecake, Guava Crisp, Pineapple Upside Down). The Ube Honeycomb and Pistachio werre smooth but a little too light in flavor for me. I do feel like many of their ice creams are like a dessert and a dessert since there are mixins with caramel, cookie dough, cheese, etc. Pint= 3 single scoops Flight= 4 kid scoops and some waffle crisps. Can take it in a to go container to freeze for later. They have a rewards system. Service was great.
Came here on a Friday night around 9pm. It was pretty crowded, there was a long line. But each flavor was so good!! Our favorite was the honey lavender!!! Definitely coming back
Totally loved this ice cream creamery! The ice cream was creamy and tasty. There are a variety of delicious options to choose from. We had the Sea Salt w/Caramel and the Blueberry Basil. The portions were good and the staff were friendly. It was very busy and pretty loud due to the younger customers. But I have to say they were very respectful . Everything tasted fresh. This was a a good place to satisfy our cravings for sweets. We will definitely come again!

Tried this place for the first time recently and really enjoyed it! The inside is very clean and has a simple, cute aesthetic. There's no seating areas besides a little bench in the corner, but there are a couple tables along the wall to stand if you'd like. I got the split single so I could get two flavors. I got the ube honey comb and the triple chocolate chunk brownie. Both were so so good! I usually get more chocolate flavors, but the ube honey comb surprised me when I first sampled it! 10/10 recommend that one! The guy who helped us was super nice and friendly! I also really like how they I have a few gluten free and vegan options! I I definitely plan on coming back to try more!!
my friends and i stopped by here for a sweet treat, and we all really loved our ice cream!! i ordered the single split scoop, and the workers really packed on the ice cream! i got the key lime butter crumble, which is their limited flavor, and their guava cheese crisp, which is part of their summer series. the key lime butter crumble was so perfectly tart and had pieces of pie crust in it that made it so yummy! the guava cheese crisp reminded me of the cuban/puerto rican pastry, and this was also such a good flavor! it was perfectly sweet without being too sweet. we came on a saturday evening and it was still pretty busy, but the line moved pretty fast! the workers were also really nice in letting us sample as many flavors as we wanted, so we appreciated it a lot! i would definitely come back soon!!
Sorry not Sorry is one of my favorite Ice cream spots in Cerritos! My family/friends would come here to get a sweet treat after dinner or just meet up to have a quick little dessert! Every time I walk in, I can smell their waffle cones being made! Their ice creams are always packed with flavor and they have so many different ones for all 4 seasons :) I always recommend getting your ice cream in a cone! Their lines are always pretty long due to how popular it is, but they do go pretty fast. You are also able to taste the different flavors before ordering :) Workers are always so nice and helpful
Made it to Sorry not Sorry to try more of their ice cream flavors! My ultimate fav is their bumbleberry cheesecake crumble. Line was long when I got there at 7 pm but it moved quickly. Wanted to try something new! Their summer seasonal blueberry basil is indeed a perfect summer sorbet. I eventually settled on their OG butter cake for a creamy and sweet flavor. Can't wait to come back!
Creamy, smooth, and decadent ice cream. I could not pass up the seasonal flavors this time around for their Brewed & Bold collection. Literally all four of the flavors included things that I love, like black sesame, matcha, thai tea, and vietnamese coffee. I ended up getting the matcha berry brownie and thai tea butter crunch on a waffle cone- loved it! For the other times I come here, I like to get their honey lavender, campfire s'mores, and double stuffed cookies and cream. Service is pretty great each time I go. Staff are quick and efficient with moving the line even when it's long. They offer samples, which is convenient when you can't decide on a flavor that you want. Definitely recommend for your late-night or after eats dessert!
One of the best ice cream shops around! Service is excellent! The place is well kept. They were closed for a while due to damages sustained by a car crashing into the store. Unique flavors of ice cream too!
Such a cute ice cream shop with a wide variety of unique and delicious flavors! Upon entering, we were greeted by the friendly staff. I really appreciated how nice and helpful the workers were. The girl who helped us offered recommendations and let us sample a handful of flavors. Ultimately we decided to get a flight which included 4 flavors of kid sized scoops for $15. They had a "Brewed and Bold" offering as part of their seasonal menu so we decided to get the Black Sesame Cookies and Cream, Thai Tea Buttercrunch, Matchaberry Brownie, and their Hojicha Chip. The ice cream flavors were subtle but so delicious and refreshing. I can't wait to come back and try more of their flavors. Parking can be a bit tough depending on the time of day as it's in a busy plaza shared with other eateries, but thankfully we were able to snag a spot within a few minutes.
I really had thought that I had tried some of the best ice creams shops out there until I experienced Sorry Not Sorry Creamery!!! It's an experience to say the least. It lives up to all the hype and then some. I met a friend for lunch in Cerritos and figured while I'm out here we can pop in and give them a try. I live an hour away and I would make the drive out here again just to buy some more ice cream to take home in a cooler. That's how impressed I was by the overall quality, creaminess and taste of the ice creams. Glenna was helping us out behind the counter and she was so sweet and so nice! The other man that was working there was also so friendly and nice. We were sampling several flavors and I decided to buy the flight (4 kids scoops) size because every flavor I tried I loved! I brought an ice cooler with me so that I could eat a little of it and then bring the rest home. I chose the Seasonal Guava Cheese Crisp (my FAVORITE). Think of Porto's guava cheese pastries as ice cream but better!!! Double stuffed cookies and Cream was a close 2nd. So yummy! Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie - if you're a chocolate lover like I am you will not be disappointed in this decadent choice. 4th scoop was the Seasonal Pineapple Upside Down Cake which was fruity and light. I also sampled the Salted Pistachio Brittle, Ube Honeycomb and Bumbleberry Cheesecake flavors and they were all delicious! They have a good selection of Vegan flavors as well. Overall, the hype is real! Go! The customer service is excellent. The store is very clean, bright and airy. They have some tables that you can stand at and eat your ice cream and a couple benches inside. Plenty of parking. read more

The Honey Lavender was delicious. I could taste the lavender and it wasn't too overly sweet. I like that it's actually purple color and not plain white like a few other places where I've had it. I also like those little gold sprinkles they put on top, giving it a little luxurious feel. The shop a little small but modern and clean inside, with a nice color scheme. I do love that they're in a big plaza with plenty of parking. Parking is one of the deciding factors when I go anywhere, so this was an easy choice. read more

Sorry Not Sorry may honestly be my favorite ice cream shop yet! I've seen so much hype surrounding this place, and now I completely understand why. Their ice cream truly lives up to the hype; it's incredibly creamy and perfectly sweet! The aesthetic of the shop is super cute, with neon LED lights decorating the walls. I should mention that there isn't any indoor seating, so it's strictly a grab-and-go spot. I've been to this location numerous times, and I've even brought my family along to give it a try. My go-to flavors are the Double Stuffed Cookies & Cream and S'mores. Out of the two, I'd say the S'mores is definitely my favorite. It tastes just like an actual s'more, with generous pieces of Hershey's chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and sweet, crumbly graham cracker pieces. Yum! Overall, I definitely recommend Sorry Not Sorry to anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth! read more

My SNS Weekly updates. It's a good thing I know the menu and prices well. I came to just pick up a couple pints and when he rung me up, he was charging me $30.00 for two pints. I had to question it because something wasn't right. He said, no that's correct. I said pints are $12.50 each and times two should be $25.00. He got help from someone else and he was actually charging me for two flights which are $15.00 each. I still have to have my SNS, so it just means I really have to keep an eye on the employees when they charge me for ice cream. read more

First time here. We found this place on Yelp and decided to give them a try. We got there right in time because it got so busy afterwards and the line started to get long. We got their vegan options and the gentleman Fernando was extremely friendly. He helped us quickly and got us everything we needed. We were super happy with the flavors and our first time experience was amazing. read more

Truly enjoyed the ice cream at sorry not sorry! They had unique flavors like the Thai tea butter crunch and matcha berry. Both were absolutely delicious. You can really taste the Thai tea and matcha in both. Service was excellent! They allow for samples and you can sample without a limit. The store is a bit small and has standing tables. There is parking in a lot in a plaza. That plaza gets pretty busy on the weekends though. Would recommend! read more

I've had this spot saved on my Must-Try list for ages and finally got to come. My friends and I ordered the flight which comes with four generous scoops and four little waffle slices. Thoughts below (least to most favorite) 4th) Brumbleberry Cheesecake Crumble: DTM imo. Has a good mix of texture and flavor. Tbh im biased because I don't like fruity ice creams perhaps? 3rd) Strawberry Matcha Brownie: not enough brownie, and it threw me off that there were no little strawberry seeds and the brownie chunks were green and not brown (i believe those would be called greenies) 2nd) Ube Honeycomb: Perfect ube taste, not toooo strong like things can be. Some points off because I only started finding honeycomb chunks 3/4ths of the way through (this was in 4th place before I found the honeycomb). The honeycomb is absolutely necessary for this scoop to be ranked this high. 1st) OG Buttercake: The perfect ice cream flavor. Absolutely in love with the butter cake chunks in there which were the perfect chewy addition to the rich ice cream. read more

They had really cute merch and it was 50 Percent off The flavors we picked for the flight were their holiday ones. I came about a month ago, maybe longer. I do like how they have seasonal flavors .ice cream shops must provide accessible seating, typically at least 5% of all tables (or at least one if fewer than 20 exist) to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). I've noticed a couple ice cream places having tables like this and no chairs. And, I usually turn around and just leave. Because even when the person I'm with offers to get my wheelchair out of the car, there is no low handicap table to eat at. It's all high tops for standing. Which is ridiculous. It's 2026, and for a place to not accept everyone? There's no excuse Since I have postural orthostatic tachycardia, I faint if I stand still. Even if I came in here in my wheelchair, the table is way too high. And I wouldn't even be able to reach it. Please, put in a wheelchair friendly table. AKA one you do not have to stand at. It's extremely disappointing when a place is not handicap friendly Do you want me to eat my ice cream in the car alone while my friends / family are inside eating together? It's funny they claim they are wheelchair friendly It claims all these on their yelp page. -Wheelchair accessible -Accessible parking near entrance compliant main entrance -No steps or stairs (all these claims are true) Yet, again there are no chairs for people who have disabilities and no wheelchair friendly table. New flavors just dropped at Sorry Not Sorry and WOW... I can't stop thinking about them. The Thai Tea Butter Crunch is insanely good -- super fragrant, not overly sweet, and that buttery crunch adds the perfect texture. But the real surprise for me was the Black Sesame Cookies & Cream. I don't usually go for cookies & cream anything, but this one completely changed my mind. The black sesame flavor is rich, nutty, and slightly savory, and it balances out the sweetness perfectly. It's honestly a 10/10 -- I've been thinking about it ever since I tried it. If you're into unique flavors that actually hit, this drop is 100% worth checking out. read more
I love how there are seasonal flavors especially the Asian flavors. The ice creams were a bit too sweet for me. The $15 flight of four ice cream scoops are worth if you're sharing with a group. I also love that there were flat waffles on each ice cream. Vietnamese coffee: Such a deep rich flavor, basically tastes like if Lee's Coffee concentrated drink. Thai tea: My favorite scoop out of the four flavors. Rich but not too sweet flavor of Thai tea. Matcha with brownie: The brownie actually made the ice cream sweeter. Matcha tasted smooth, and it had flavor without making it bitter. Black sesame and cookies and cream: There was more cookies and creme flavor compared to black sesame. I had heard great things about "Sorry, not sorry creamery" and I've been wanting to try it. And tonight was the night. This relatively new company is owned by 2 brothers. The Company is a Las Vegas Original that has grown from a single shop to 5 Locations in Las Vegas and California. Sorry Not Sorry Creamery is known for its rich, high-butterfat ice cream. Their Dairy is sourced from Scott Brothers Dairy, a grass-fed, hormone-free farm. Their Popular choices include Bumbleberry Cheesecake Crumble, Ube Honeycomb, and Sea Salt + Caramel, with rotating seasonal and vegan options. Their waffle cones are freshly made daily, with options for waffle chips as well. They Offer scoops, flights (four-flavor sampler), and pints to go. This Cerritos location is conveniently located right off the 605 fwy at South Street, across the street from the Cerritos Shopping Mall. It is situated in a strip mall along side restaurants. I got there at 10:15pm and the place was packed. The strip mall was well lit and there is plenty of parking out front. The shop is your typical ice cream shop. The interior is clean and well lit with lots of signage, a large and cute pink logo and menus in different locations. As you walk in, the line starts straight ahead. To your right is a fridge stocked with ready to go pints of ice cream. The Menu was easy to read and the line was moving fairly quickly. I ordered a waffle cone with 2 scoops. The Honey Lavender and the Thai Tea butter crunch. The Ice cream is creamy and stretchy. Similar to the consistency of Gelato. For Ice Cream that uses the highest legal percentage of butterfat, it did not feel heavy at all and it had just the right amount of sweet. The flavors i picked were delicious and the cone was really fresh and tasty as well. The Service is excellent and the prices are slightly higher than average But the quality of the product makes up for the price. My 2 scoop cone was under $11 without the tip. Overall, i had a great first time experience. I am looking forward to trying other flavors and i recommend trying them out. read more

Their ice creams are top notch! They have numerous unique flavors, all so delicious! I got to try their Ube Honeycomb and Cookie Butter Swirl (was under the ube in the picture). A double scoop is close to $10 but so worth it! Both such delightfully sweet flavors, and perfect for a warm sunny day! They had a few standing tables and 2 benches to sit on. Otherwise, a very cute spot for a date or hang out! Everyone was friendly and service was quick and efficient! Parking was in their plaza lot but there was plently of parking for a Sunday afternoon! read more

What a great experience! Staff is really kind, service was fast and easy! I tried the bumbleberry and a bite of my friends pistachio ice cream. They are really high quality ! I would want to try another I wish this was a sit down place but atleast they have some ledges for you to perch yourself at ! Parking can get busy on the weekend but everyone is coming and going pretty quickly so just keep circling the lot! read more
Sorry not sorry for trying most of the samples here at Sorry Not Sorry Creamery in Cerritos! I love the Ube Honeycomb, Triple Chocolate Chunk, and Coffee & Donuts; all are great ways to end your day! The Ube Honeycomb is gluten free and has no nuts, the Triple Chocolate Chunk also has no nuts, and the Coffee & Donuts has no nuts as well; especially good to know if there's a customer with a nut allergy. Make sure to let the ice cream scooper know if there are any allergies right away and or you can see the menu which indicates certain types such as vegan, nuts, or gluten free. FYI the Milk & Cereal has almond in it, so if you have an allergy to all nuts, be careful. The service is fast, especially if you know what you want, and the ice cream is pre mixed so no need to wait long for them to put it together. There are a few high tables and a bench by the door to enjoy your ice cream. There's also a freezer which has various flavors in pints that are great for on the go. There's cute merch which I actually purchased a black original t shirt during the month that they first opened, however the designs may change and vary. Be sure to come here especially when they promote school fundraisers, great way to give back to the community and not be sorry about it...so get your creamy scoop(s) today and you won't be sorry! read more
Best ice cream I've had in the Cerritos area. The employees said they call it a "creamery" because it has the most milk content an ice cream can have. It's definitley the creamiest ice cream I've ever had. They also have a lot of fun flavors that change up depending on the season. I've tried a few season flavors, but I come back to the ube honeycomb. Ube is so trendy that there's a lot of ube ice creams out there, but this is one of my favorite versions of ube ice cream. The line can sometimes get long, but it moves pretty fast. They do give samples, so it's great to try the new seasonal flavors. The employees I've encountered are all really great. Ice cream places are all pretty expensive these days, but this place is worth it. It's a little more expensive than other ice cream spots, but you can taste the quality of the ice cream. There are only standing tables, and it can get pretty crowded. Either way, the ice cream here is definitely worth the trip. read more

When I was younger, I loved eating S'mores Pop Tarts. Sorry Not Sorry's Campfire S'mores brought that deliciousness. Creamy ice cream, with marshmallows, chocolate pieces & Graham crackers, this scoop of magnificence was happiness in a cup. Sinfully sweet, criminally smooth. I'd get this again in a heartbeat. The Ube Honeycomb flavor was the perfect amount of ube with a slight twist with the honeycomb addition. Definitely recommend both the Ube Honeycomb and Sea-salt Caramel flavor!! This Ice Cream place is not conventional, might not be for everybody with their high-fat cream in their ice cream that makes it taste like magic, and their unique flavors with no traditional classic flavors. But not me, I looove the unique flavors and like the fact they rotate seasonal ones too. Their i e cream remind me of Jennys Ice Cream from Ohio, super creamy and very much different. Last visit i had the Lavender and Milk&Cereal loved both. Service was great, server was patient with my kid as she took a while deciding what to get. Place was clean, well lit and welcoming. This place is SO cute. I love the way the inside looks -- cozy, fun, and perfect for dessert dates. There are small tables that seat about two people, which makes it feel intimate and chill. The staff was super nice and let me taste as many flavors as I wanted (which I greatly appreciated). I really liked the coffee & donuts flavor, but since I went at night and didn't want to be up until 3 a.m., I had to make a responsible choice . I ended up getting the cookie butter swirl, and WOW. It was sooooo good. Creamy, rich, and everything I want cookie butter to be. My boyfriend got the triple chocolate chunk brownie, and it absolutely hit his chocolate craving. He was very happy. Every ice cream I tasted was delicious, and now I'm already planning my next visit to try more flavors. Sorry not sorry -- I'll definitely be back. read more
