This review is solely for the car wash. I went on 7/16/2020 to get my car washed and it chipped my paint in multiple areas and left scuff marks all over my car. Also broke my antenna off. ZERO Stars!!! Unfortunately I had to give 1 star in order to review.... I rented a Uhaul from this location. Upon return my husband forgot his wallet, which had alot of cash, in the uhaul. When we went back unfortunately it was already gone. When we first arrived the gentlemen we were talking to was very nice, I noticed the lady who took the truck upon returning it was budding in our converstaion and acting very suspicious.. I Immediately knew she took it as she was acting very nervous like.. No one was talking to her and she was saying random things to us and the other coworker. He then asked her if she remembered what uhaul we rented. She acted like she couldn't recall.. we located the uhaul and searched it,, no wallet to be found. I was expecting that but was hopeful. The 2 employees claimed they did not take it , of course. But as we were talking the lady mentioned she moved the vehicle twice.once upon return and the second to move the vehicle in the back... how did she remember that she drove it twice but then when she was asked which uhaul we had when first coming back she acted like she didn't know.... Odd.. We never mentioned what we left behind and where it was located. The lady who's name is Karla asked "what was it that was left behind and where?" We mentioned it was a wallet and that it was left on the top dashboard. Karla then stated "oh above the stereo" hmmmm... the dashboard goes from left to right, from the driver's side to the passenger side... so if she didn't take it why would she specify an exact location of where it was left? Because she took the wallet that was left in that same exact location she mentioned. Thats the only way you would know to say "above the stereo" At the end of the day it was our mistake for forgetting the wallet but it just sucks that you can't even trust people to return things that is not yours. It's so sad! And to top it off when we called the next day to talk to the owner, James, just to let him know what happened, he gave us attitude and hung up on us 3 times. He absolutely did not want to hear us out or talk to us.. His customer service was horrible. He immediately got defensive and told us off. Be careful renting at this place and make sure to double check that all your belongings are with you as they will not return what's not there's. read more

Customer service was great . Very polite people . The cashier was very courteous n if you get gas you get discount on car wash . Very convenient !!the owners were there and they were very friendly n polite . I recommend this location since its so convenient from the exit and entrance of 5 south freeway read more

Love how this Gas station is close to my home and it's very clean and friendly. I would highly recommend coming here! Most of the Staff is friendly and it's open 24 hours. Deli is good for morning breakfast or lunch. read more

These people are horrible, aside from the fact that most of them dont speak english, i mean this is america, learn the language. Their crappy carwash doesnt do a very good job at cleaning nor drying your car ....plus gas is always too damn expensive...never going there again... read more

Service attendants have very poor customer service and if you rent a U-Haul there you can't even leave your car there 10 minutes to take your truck home and come back And I have a handicap placard I suggest not to rent a U-Haul truck there read more

So I came for propane. I watched him fill the tanks and the meter says 8. I go into pay and he tells me it's broken and that it's actually 10. Except my tanks only hold 4.5 and one of them wasn't completely empty. When I asked him why I should pay for more than the meter says he tells me it's always 10. Not that $8 extra is a big deal but there should be a better explanation instead of just telling your customer the machine is broken and read it wrong. Total scam. Probably wouldn't have happened to a man. read more

This review is solely on my experience in the Food Mart... not the gas. Average Monday morning and I stop in to get me a cup of coffee and pastry. I had been here before and I liked it. Soon as I walked in, you hear the clerk yelling at one of the employees in the back about something that about the register and it goes on the whole time I'm there. There's another guy there sitting on top of the counter trying to shush him but he obviously didn't care... probably the manager or whatever. I finish making my coffee the way I want it and head over to pay... I swear I felt like it was an inconvenience for me to be there. If that's the case... I'll go somewhere else for coffee. It's not like there isn't a 7-11 up the road. I ain't coming here again... screw this place! read more

I am reviewing 2 parts here. First the customer service, I usually go there in the mornings to get coffee and a snack before work. The cashiers are friendly and fast. Very nice. Second, the deli, I am very picky with sandwiches and I found this place has my favorite bread (Squaw-WOOHOO!). Although she did not have ripe avocado, she apologized and made me a turkey sandwich that was very fresh and tasted delicious. I appreciated her telling me about the avocado instead of putting hard tart avocado on my meal. Thank you I will definitely go back and get lunch there again. read more

Rented a U-Haul from here and the guy at the counter was very unprofessional, obnoxious and treated me as though we were familiar. Loudly yawning and singing throughout the entire transaction. Even eating chips at the counter smacking his lips when I returned the truck key. What's worse is that he added optional fees without asking. It started with me asking to rent a 10ft truck for $19.95. After asking me the usual questions, he said the final price came to around $55. I asked to make sure this was the price for the 10ft truck and he said yes and began to explain the pricing, to which he mentioned insurance. I asked him, "Isn't the insurance optional?" And he said, "Yeah but most car insurances don't cover U-Haul's and you're liable for any damage.. you don't want it?" To which I replied, "No." Fast forward to me receiving the final bill via email and he still managed to "forget" to mention the "Safe Trip fee" which too is a U-Haul optional charge. For those of you out there planing on renting a U-Haul here or anywhere for that matter, just know that you have the option to opt out of insurance and the "Safe Trip fee". read more

Rude cashier, was talking on his cellphone and made it seem like I was bothering him when I just wanted to pay for my stuff!!

I was finally able to find a gas station in the area that has diesel fuel for my truck. Clean and big place that even has a deli. While my truck was being filled I went inside to get a coffee and a breakfast beagle. The coffee was fresh and the manager Nick was very kind when ringing me up. He was very welcoming and made me feel like family. I will only be getting my diesel from there now! read more

I went in there yesterday afternoon and saw what appeared to be two managers arguing with an employee very unprofessional!!! not the first time i see the manager yelling at one of his employees, they also don't let customers use the restroom based off their appearance i have had several bad experiences also once i bought a sandwich and the deli lady wasn't wearing gloves gross!!! very overpriced sandwiches very unprofessional business never going there again after yesterday rather go to arco! read more

Fuckin a1 gas station!! Cheap gas way better than Arco up the street. Quick access from the 5 freeway! Big store lots of space . Highly recommend! read more
