I have been coming to Mr. Car Wash for a long time and the menu options are pretty clearly posted, ordinarily, but today as I was paying, the manager interrupted the transaction, told the cashier to charge me for "oversize," and then walked away without an explanation. It left the poor cashier having to explain why or the price I paid was more than expected. Evidently, it was a decision just made today with a hardly-visible sticker at the bottom of the sign at the entrance. I suggest that management post the new prices clearly, and be clear about what "oversize" means. A Toyota Sienna minivan? Isn't that a normal car? First time here and I got a VIP wash which was well worth it ! The car was vacuumed the seats were treated with leather conditioner. The outside looked super nice. It did take over an hour but that's okay they quoted me at more. And there's lots to do around that area while I waited. Everyone there was very friendly ! I hadnt came here in a while because I'm not from around the area but I remember they used to be really good so I liked coming here last time I came was about a year ago or so. I came in today and they raised the price about $10. It used to be like $15, now it's $26. I wasn't happy about it because there are many places where it's way cheaper but I was already there. The guy charging me was trying to convince me to do a full service with deep vacuum for like $50 or so and I don't know what else but I just wanted a basic wash. Then he asked me which fragrance I wanted I said piña colada. When I was waiting for my car to be washed, the guys doing the drying kept walking by cussing to each other in front of me. Literally in front of the bench I was sitting on. It made me feel really uncomfortable. And then when they were finished I put a tip in the little box and left. I noticed that they didn't even clean this part of my car (pictured) and they didn't even vacuum. For $26 they couldn't do a quick vacuum. Not planning on coming back here it's not how it used to be at all. Now they're charging more to do less and they have vulgar staff. Friendly staff but had to repeat multiple times not to put in in the car wash tunnel. My car is older so excessive water on the under carriage can cause issues. Went there for a hand car wash and found out they still put it in the machine. Dont know if its a language barrier but hand wash means hand wash. I wish my concerns were taking seriously. They only have to vacuum and clean the inside not opening the compartment where you have car registration and some other things. The hours posted on Yelp are NOT the correct hours. On Yelp it says they're open until 6PM, so I drive there right after work to get there before they close-- and they're already closed! They say they now close at 5pm, and it's been 5pm since a couple of years ago. Well, then change your hours on Yelp!!! Ugh! For most of us who WORK, it's just not possible to get there before 5pm when we don't even get off work until 5pm! I wish these people would go back to being open until 6pm! Also... I'm really not very happy with the cleaning job here, but it's the closest one to where I live. Every time, when they say the car is done, I inspect it and every time I find stuff they missed and have to point it out and ask them to clean it. Recently, after I left, I found out that they didn't even vacuum the back end. (I had taken everything out of the back end of my SUV specifically so that they could vacuum it.) I've been coming to this full service car wash since 1998. They vacuum out the interior, run it through the wash, hand dry, and clean the interior in about 10 minutes. The new monthly unlimited subscription allows me to come as often as needed. My car has never been so clean. read more

THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! I had a darth Vader car cup coaster on the left side behind the drivers side that is now gone missing after taking my car there for a car wash. Conveniently it is located on the side where you cannot see what's happening while you wait for them to dry your car. The car coaster had a matching pair on the right side where you can see what's happening while they dry your car and that one is still there. Aside from theft there are still streaks running down your car after the wash. I HAD considered buying a monthly pass but now will be taking my business elsewhere. BEWARE!! read more

My mom in law has an old car, as in 2011 Ford Escort w/73k miles. But guess what, they treated it like the fancy cars in front and behind her. The staff is friendly and professional but not overly so. They vacuum and with the coupon, the silver wash was only $10. They dont do ANYTHING close to that in Missouri and I can't get out for under $15! Nice, clean patio to sit and wait and even the trashcan was super clean. Well I was excited to try this carwash, and it was fine until they were done. As I got into my car, I noticed blue residue on the inside of my car (both driver and passenger side). So, I called one of the guys who was working on it, and said can you please remove this blue residue?" I didn't have that before....so he does. Then I ask him again to get the passenger side as well, but this time another guy comes to do that. My friend had to point it out to him even though it's VERY noticeable. How could 3 guys miss all these blue spots?? So the guy who came to the passenger WITHOUT even knowing what the issue is, immediately says: "next time, this will be an extra charge". Wait, im sorry what??? For the blue spots you left on my car? I was shocked at the rude attitude before even knowing what was going on. Talk about awful customer service on that guys part. The other issues I noticed later was that even though they cleaned, there were many areas missed that were visible right away and the vacuuming of the inside was average as they missed some areas. What were those yellow stains? I had to scrape some off of it myself in front of von's parking lot when I saw this.
