When she returned hours later she was told "you need a brake job and an oil change -- that'll be $165!" He claimed the charge was for "diagnostics." He had not done any of the work she requested on the vehicle and told her he did not have time to do the work on it that day. She says he got very aggressive with her when she questioned the charge. Agree with other reviewers here who say this fellow "fleeces you depending on your level of car knowledge and whether or not you live in the area. Ridiculously overpriced... greedy, unhelpful."
