Afterward, I received the wrong item, and when I requested a cancellation or refund, they refused to resolve the issue. Additionally, the manager was extremely disrespectful and used inappropriate language during our interaction. On top of that, their prices are higher compared to other stores offering the same products. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping here.

Fui al cubículo que supuestamente estaba limpio y había un montón de papel adentro, y yo no tenía tiempo de esperar a que terminara de limpiar. Fue muy desconsiderado de su parte, y si no quería que nadie entrara, debió haber bloqueado la entrada del baño en vez de sacarme de un cubículo. I always go to this Wawa and it never gives me issues but today was something else. I'm like 8 months pregnant and I run to the bathroom, the cleaning lady kicks me out of the smaller stall and says she's cleaning it and to go to the next stall because supposedly it's "clean", as soon as I get out she gets into the smaller stall to clean it (she hadn't started she lied bc she didn't wanna wait) I go to the supposed clean stall and there's a pile of paper in it and I don't have time for her to finish. Very inconsiderate of her and if she didn't want anyone there she should have blocked off the entrance, not kicked me out of a stall.

Something really fun happen to me today. On Monday my mom's TV broke so i bought a Samsung TV in…read morethis BJs in special. Taxes included was like $305, so no expensive. I schedule a pick up for the same day. We got home with the new tv and the old tv was working, so i did not open the new tv box. Today in the morning the old tv broke again. My husband got home and installed the tv on the wall when i got in the room notice the tv in the wall was LG. For a moment i thought is it worth to take the tv back, since i bought a different brand. Take in consideration the box was correct but the tv was not. I though if something happen i will not be able to return it so better do it now. We took the tv from the wall and head back to Bjs. I went to the lady and explained the situation so they start looking at the tv, the box was open in the top because we open it but it had the original tape. Then i notice the bottom did not have the original sealing. They start getting us the look, i felt like i did something, when for real the thing was done to me. They did not allow us to return the item, so i had to take the wrong tv back to my house. No money back or the tv i bought online. I had to go through the trouble of buying the tv installed, deinstalled, take it back only to take it back home, because they have to investigate what happened. The reality is whatever happened was in the store, why would i do all the back and forth for $300??. It is obvious they believe we were trying to change it for another tv or something. This is insane!!! This has never!!!!! happened to me before. BJs get your business together!! I should have come out of that store with the tv i bought or my money back. The investigation is in your side if something happened you can always remove our membership. You have lost my trust, i have had BJs membership for more than 10 years!! Way to go!!!

At this gas station the employees and the manager always deny bathroom service to customers. For…read moremonths I have asked to use the bathroom and they always tell me that it is out of service. Today I just spoke to the manager and explained to her that Florida law establishes that gas stations located on main streets or avenues have to provide bathroom service to their customers. I asked her if she could show me the damage so I could believe what they always tell me, and I only received a sarcastic smile and a NO answer. This has been happening at this gas station for over a year. Now I am going to report it to the Miami Dade County operations office. I hope the owners take action regarding this problem that violates Florida State Law.
