Something really fun happen to me today. On Monday my mom's TV broke so i bought a Samsung TV in this BJs in special. Taxes included was like $305, so no expensive. I schedule a pick up for the same day. We got home with the new tv and the old tv was working, so i did not open the new tv box. Today in the morning the old tv broke again. My husband got home and installed the tv on the wall when i got in the room notice the tv in the wall was LG. For a moment i thought is it worth to take the tv back, since i bought a different brand. Take in consideration the box was correct but the tv was not. I though if something happen i will not be able to return it so better do it now. We took the tv from the wall and head back to Bjs. I went to the lady and explained the situation so they start looking at the tv, the box was open in the top because we open it but it had the original tape. Then i notice the bottom did not have the original sealing. They start getting us the look, i felt like i did something, when for real the thing was done to me. They did not allow us to return the item, so i had to take the wrong tv back to my house. No money back or the tv i bought online. I had to go through the trouble of buying the tv installed, deinstalled, take it back only to take it back home, because they have to investigate what happened. The reality is whatever happened was in the store, why would i do all the back and forth for $300??. It is obvious they believe we were trying to change it for another tv or something. This is insane!!! This has never!!!!! happened to me before. BJs get your business together!! I should have come out of that store with the tv i bought or my money back. The investigation is in your side if something happened you can always remove our membership. You have lost my trust, i have had BJs membership for more than 10 years!! Way to go!!! read more

I recently was in the area visiting an old friend and decided to check out this BJ's warehouse club on the way from my visit. I love to eat cereal and they had a good deal on the Cheerios, so I got a box and a few other things. I found the store very similar to the other ones in the South Florida area, what is a bit annoying is that you have to stand in one line to get to the registers...it does not matter if you have one or two items or a cart full.... It would be nice to have one for the self checkout registers and one for assisted check out....I think that would go faster...IMHO. read more

This is the nearest BJs I have. I usually frequent it twice a month. It doesn't matter what day or time I go, there is usually a lot of people shopping too. The only time I've seen it semi empty is when I arrive right when they open. They seem to have high turn over when it comes to staff. When you ask for a product, they don't seem to know about whether the item is in stock or will be in stock. Not the friendliest staff either but I'm not coming for customer service. I come for the prices and bulk items. Lately, I've been bummed out that they don't have the Starbucks glass jar in stock. They've also never have yellow squash. I do appreciate it that they do have a good portion of the produce I buy in organic option; in example, sweet potatoes, carrots, green beans, apples, spinach. TIP: make you sure you get a coupon book when you enter. You might find some extra coupons you can use that weren't in the coupon book mailed to you. Suggestion: Have more than one register open with a cashier. It's not feasible for customers like me who buy A LOT to do self check out. read more

I was greeted with a smile. Was welcomed in to check out the store without a membership. Kind of a weird slope in the middle of the building. Not sure what that was about. The store feels very cramped for being a warehouse. The layout is not conducive of convenience. It feels like half the store is hiding. Everywhere you turn you find a new aisle. I didn't like it very much. Also, it sucks they are putting in Dunkin Donuts instead leaving the BJ cafeteria. I prefer a hot dog, soda, and a slice of pizza when I'm done shopping. That's why I prefer Costco. Costco is a true warehouse store. I gave it a 3-star because of the factors above. If they make it more open and bring back the cafeteria, I'm sure it'd be more of a 4 or 5 read more

I like they have easy access to parking Inside the store: well maintained, clean Items are fresh Online orders: Pick up at location Management: is diligent in resolving issues. I had 5 items. I asked the person guiding customers in line to the register, for the line for less items. She brought someone else to tell me it is one line for ALL. I pointed to the registers for 15, 10 or less items. Still he said no. 'You can go to Customer Service to pay, but there's a line there too', he said. I did go to the shorter line at Customer Service counter. From the line, I called the store requesting to speak to the manager. Ms. Jenny was professional, clarified that the less item registers are for exactly that purpose. I asked that the issue be corrected; she said she'd immediately speak to the gentleman and others. I am satisfied with the results. However, recommend/suggestion 1) floor personnel needs training in Customer 'service'= helping with positive attitude, gladness. Sometimes the lady at the door at checkout may forget she is working with customers, should be friendly. 2) Check out lanes: must have 2 lines 1 for less items, 1 for bulk items. Now with Covid-19 1 line for check out. UNACCEPTABLE. Customers with 15 items, and 10 items or less, are made to stand in same line as customers with carts full. UNACCEPTABLE. 3) maybe should look into return cart system where customers pay to pull out carts and get coin returned as they return cart to location to avoid people leaving carts in parking spaces. Worst BJ's in all of Florida. The workers doing mobile pick ups are lazy and don't want to work so they'll cancel items on purpose to not get them. Then when you are in curbside you have to wait 30 minutes before they even consider taking your order out. Go to Costco it is a lot better overall. read more

There are so many reasons to come to his place and get Great membership. But I am going to stick to. The first reason is that you need to go check out the deli department because they have the best corporate. The second reason is that you need to go fill up gas and get the cheapest rate and all of this area. read more

Bjs delivery always gets the orders wrong. Never get all the items. The worst part is, that you have to call them when you are missing items from your order. They never notify you saying that they dont have the item. A simple email or a call to see id you want an alternate item or of you still want to continue with the order. On top of that you call the store and they tell you have to call bjs.com to get the issue resolved. Its the store that does all the picking of items and they blame bjs online. How nice it must be. They said it wasnt them that its the instacart or doordash. I never placed the order on doordash or instacart hiw can they be blamed they show up just to pick up. BJs delivery sucks and it is the last time i use it. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

I get angry every single time I come here. Not angry enough to "BOO" but angry none the less. The prices aren't that much cheaper per ounce or unit than if you were to buy it at the local publix. The selection is horrible, I do not want plain Cape Cod chips... I like flavored chips but they want me to buy the industrial sized plain and I refuse. They have large amounts of garbage and it makes me angry that I keep coming back. They also do NOT have bags to put the stuff you buy in but they do provide the boxes but the boxes are not complete boxes. They are only half boxes that used to contain juice or candy bars so nothing fits in them and in essence we are cleaning up for them by using them. "Why two stars George?" I guess it's pretty good for dog food and doggie treats. They also always have people giving away free samples of stuff so that's pretty cool. Meh, I've experienced better read more

In the midst of the pandemic they brought out Clorox wipes... obviously they sold out in 5 min. I noticed that the BJ's employee at the door (check out) had some hidden with paper napkins, when I ask her if they were for sale she answered in Spanish.. " Well I'm working and I can't get any so I hid some for myself!!!" Isn't there rules for that? Absolutely horrible!!!! read more

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now, simply because I have mixed feelings about it.Some times I love it, most times I hate it, and plan on never going back. I used to go Costco for like 6 years, always thought it was little expensive but I really enjoy going there, they had a great selection and the staff was always so nice and helpful.But one day this lady came into my office selling BJ'S memberships, it was $10 cheaper a year plus 6 months free, but what really sold me was the fact that at BJ'S you can use manufacturers coupons while at Costco you can't. So I have been going to BJ's and they have more variety of products than Costco, and since I'm a coupon clipper, I'm always amazed of how much money I can save going to BJS"S, I always bring my coupons, plus they send home a coupon booklet every month, and they also print out weekly coupons, every time I go shopping I save between $15 and $60. But I have to say that the service is absolutely terrible. my last visit was on a Sunday I went with my two girls, when it came time to pay I decided to go on a self checkout because the reg. cashiers lines were too long, big mistake!!, this machine was not working properly so it took me about half an hour just to check out the groceries, the lady had to keep coming back and forth because the machine keep on returning the items, finally when it came time to do the coupons she told me to give them to her because she had to enter them by hand because the machine scan didn't work, that was an extra half an hour. Finally I'm ready to leave and they don't have any boxes to put the groceries in, like they always do at the exit of the store , so I ask the lady that checks the receipt at the exit and she told me to go back inside because they relocate the boxes to where all the cashiers are, when I'm touring around the other lady at the entrance checking for memberships, starts screaming at me telling me that I'm not allowed to go in, now I'm pissed because the other lady said i could go back, I went back anyways, I get my boxes, the kids are of course tired and screaming too, next thing I know I have the manager of the store asking to check my receipt again and the security guard following me to the exit. I felt violated, I mean with a cart completely full of groceries and two small kids, do I really looked like a person who wants to steal groceries from BJ'S?. terrible experience, definitely not worth the savings. I'm switching to another wholesale club. read more

This is not my preferred BJ's. The only reason for this title is because I would rather not shop where people live in their own universe. Such as: leaving your cart in the center of the isle, talking on the phone and walking away while you decide what detergent you are going to buy. Don't waste my time. And then give me a bad face when I move your cart out of the way. Places to go, people to see, person! The selection is not great, but hey I don't expect to buy everything in bulk sizes so that's quite alright. My biggest pet peeve is always the "shrinkage" check person before leaving. I understand they need to check and make sure there is no theft but do you really need to check each item against the receipt? Makes for an enormous line when you are trying to get out of the store. Maybe they should hire more people if this is what they need to do. read more

This BJ's is a joke when it comes to customer service. Nothing like calling ahead to make SURE they have what i need before schlepping from downtown Miami to Hialeah. Can't BEGIN to describe the joy of making the trek to find they don't actually have it. No when I "called" they HAD 157 bottles in inventory --but just an hour ago, they reserved those to export them. Cuz of course they export. Great. The worst bjs ever I start to leave and the lady that checks my receipt isamari has the most disgusting attitude ever . I tell my daughter go buy a water at the vending machine and there were stickers on the machine but they weren't covering it and when I look the lady screamed at my daughter telling here why she took the sticker off and I told her she didn't they were already off . But after that I left . But I would give this place a -5 if I could if they had people with better attitudes the I'd consider giving it a different review . read more

I love this BJs club because they have so many organic items. Organic food can be rather expensive. However, this is not the case at BJs. The price for organic food is as though you were buying regular items elsewhere. Only thing is that you'll have to buy in bulk quantities. I especially LOVE the handheld price guns. They make self-service shopping so much easier. read more

This is the spot when I need to get things in bulk . What I don't like about this BJ's though is that they make such a big deal with those damn coupon books. It's like dude relax. Another thing is the selection of things. Come on really there are certain things that you just can't get. Oh and let's say this month you buy a certain item that worked well for you well make sure you buy plenty because next month it may not be there. That has happened to me with two particular items.
