As such, we are not in a position to make any payments toward your claim.' What they are saying is, it couldn't have happened because your car CAN'T be the first. And we go in there and I grab my items and she (Stephanie the worker) had sat us to the side because my grandfather wanted his stuff and she saw the giftcard and just said wait and lets the other people go and then I am up next and he wanted to use the giftcard on that too since she didn't know we were together and she said no you gotta wait until the manager comes and then later on she says that the manager won't even come so she had us waiting for no reason.
