Sometimes they have to honk the horn. Yes it's rude I know, BUT sometimes the elderly need help. It was 9:00 in the evening of Tuesday 8/28/18. If you have helped before, why not now. She's scared and nervous. Just because you chose today to not help especially when one of you have finished your shift, what would it have cost you to do this? You just took off your work shirt, inside the store, high-fived your co-worker and left her there alone.You even looked at her as You drove off. You should be so lucky if you live to be 92, and can still drive. I am ashamed at the 2 young MEN, that your feelings were hurt because her honking bothered and embarrassed you. The guy test drive it and do all scanning told me he didn't see anything wrong with the car. I purchase the car I drove the car right after 15min the car started acting up. Brought it to the dealership turns out EVERYTHING is wrong with the car. I called Mobile 1 Lube Express back, spoke to someone who put me on hold until I was tired and hang up. My take is either the guy that took care of my ca inspection doesn't know anything or he was a complice of the private seller to scam me.

The only negative to this store is that they receive pretty heavy customer traffic so lines inside can be pretty long. They don't typically have enough staff working to have all the registers open.

I had a simple question about the price difference between a 12-ounce empty cup and one that was already filled. While calmly speaking with the cashier to clarify--due to a slight language barrier--a Hispanic woman, who may have been a manager, suddenly inserted herself into our conversation. She abruptly told me I "needed to be nicer" to her cashier, even though there was no aggression or disrespect from my side whatsoever. The exchange between me and the cashier was civil--we were simply working through a misunderstanding. This woman's approach was completely unnecessary and, quite frankly, rude. I truly hope that she was not the manager, because her behavior did not reflect professionalism or customer service. Customer service training is absolutely recommended, especially when jumping into conversations without understanding the context. After reading several other reviews about how certain ethnic groups are treated at this location, I now see this may be part of a larger issue. I hope this reaches the attention of upper management or corporate leadership. Every customer deserves to be treated with fairness, patience, and respect. Ruderuderude.

Poor customer service…read more I purchased 77.00 in gas but the paper is out. I go inside stand in line for about 5 minutes I ask for my receipt. He has me a receipt for $150 for diesel. I explain to him that's not my receipt. He says you need to get it off for that cash register so I go down there and stand there in line And the girl decides to start counting her change to close out the register. I wait about 6 more minutes for this. I ask her when she stops can I get my receipt she shakes her head no and I said I can't get my receipt. no I've got a finish counting my change, I explain to this pretty poor service. To make me stand here for almost 10 minutes now. Maybe just put paper in the machine outside. Continue to make me wait just to get my receipt. 15 minutes wasted that I will never makeup in my life. 5 employees in there finally one reaches around her hits the button and poof my receipt in 20 seconds. To much for her to have done.
