I'm sitting at this station right now and I was debating buying another tank of gas however I first checked the reservoirs and not only is there no washer fluid in there, it's bone dry, but there's a brand new squeegee. Are you seriously telling me that somebody put brand new squeegees into empty reservoirs and did it dump at least some water in there? It's going to cost me a few cents more per gallon down the road but that's where I'm going.

He inspected my tired, explained my options and what was safe to do. The customer service and care was outstanding. Steve did not have the specialty tires my car needed in stock, but he called every contact he had to help me out. Even when another local shop had the tires and told him they wouldn't have time to help me, he arranged things such that I could purchase the tire alone and he would put it on, personally losing the sale just to help me out. I have never had such a positive experience during such a time of panic. 100% would recommend for any future service.
