I bought a used Ford Explorer from this sheister. It was a lemon with serious issues. Within a week the entire electrical system shut down and they wouldn't acknowledge the issue or fix it. I had to pay to have it fixed myself. When I called into the dealership and spoke to the owner he gave me the runaround and just ignored me. This place has zero Customer Service and the owner is just your typical car salesman with absolutely no interest in his clients or should I say "victims". We have purchased a vechile from this business. We were treated like family told we we're like family to all . However when we returned the car for dry rotted tires which were unsafe for us and grandchildren they wanted to make us pay for them to be replaced. We took the car back on 4 different occasions for the driver door panel falling off and window not working. Then it had serious electric issues. And the transmission light came on and the trans started bucking. The icing on the cake was the salesman more then doubled the value of the car. When we tried to continually rectify the issue with them I assure you we were NOT treated like a friend or family. We we're treated like trash. Car buyers BEWARE. read more
