Or they have me confused with someone else. The manager previously asked me to remain a customer, and I have since filled all of my prescriptions exclusively at this location. However, I've experienced several serious issues, including missing quantities on my sealed boxed prescriptions in blister packs, and unexplained changes in pickup locations. Recently, I was told I could not transfer a prescription that I've never had filled anywhere else. When I called for clarification, I was met with hostility from the manager. Now, I've been denied service entirely and told I cannot fill any prescriptions here. I do not have a vehicle and rely on this location because I can walk to it. I've done nothing but pay for and pick up my medications, yet I feel I've been unfairly treated and discriminated against for no valid reason. I intend to contact legal counsel regarding this matter. That's not how pricing is supposed to work, and it felt like a bait-and-switch. It's frustrating and honestly pretty shady.
