Something really sketchy is going on here, so I feel like I need to warn people…read more I got gas here and had to pay inside because one of the pumps was marked "out of order." These same pumps have been out of order for over a year, which already felt off. I paid at the register with a young guy working the counter. The next day, my credit card was hit with about $1,300 in fraudulent charges, including attempted purchases from Ledger.com and Crutchfield, plus multiple gas charges. I'm confident it came from here because I didn't use my card anywhere else after getting gas. After that, I learned this wasn't an isolated incident.A friend also had her credit card compromised after getting gas here, in her case, the fraudulent charges showed up on Amazon. Separately, the same thing happened to my husband, on a different day. He paid at the pump, not inside, and his card was still compromised. His card was charged three times, and those charges actually went through (not pending). Same gas station. Different people. Same outcome. I'm not accusing any specific person, but there is clearly a serious credit card security issue at this location, whether it's at the register or at the pump. Please be extremely careful, monitor your statements closely, or consider avoiding this station altogether.

If not I had to pay to use the machine wven though there's a sign right above it that says California law requires customers access to free air. The only gas station I know that charges for air and the cashiers said it's the owners idea to charge. Absolutely ridiculous.

The attendant's lack of attention, urgency, and professionalism is unacceptable. --- At around 7pm on Sunday, August 9, 2026, I stopped at the 76 Station at 2000 Rollingwood Dr, San Bruno, CA 94066 for a fill. The Premium fuel rate at the pump to the south-east was filling very slowly (about 1.5 gallons per minute), so I moved to pump 9 to the north-west. That pump was also very slow, pumping at a similar rate. I went in to notify the attendant. He asked "which pump", but otherwise did not engage or do anything (was unresponsive), so I went back outside to wait. My two kids were in the back seat. I called my wife to talk a bit. I waited some more. After 10 minutes, the pump was still going. I heard my son say, "it's raining!". "Daddy, it's raining. But only on this side." I thought, that's weird. It is San Bruno. Maybe it's raining a bit. I looked at the pump and it said 17 gallons. It was still going. That's strange, I thought. My tank is 17 gallons-how can it still be going? I walked to the pump side of the vehicle and gasoline was SPRAYING out of the tank in two big streams. The "rain" my kid saw was gasoline hitting the rear passenger window. I rushed in and disengaged the pump. Gas sprayed all over me, including onto my face. My kids freaked out and opened the door of the vehicle, smelling gas. I ran into the gas station and notified the attendant. "Which pump?" he asked. We agreed that it was #9. He nonchalantly came out and looked at the situation. He went to the paper towel area, pulled a couple out, walked to my car, and started wiping. He said nothing. Worried about the gas on the ground, I got into my car, started the engine, and drove away. In hindsight maybe starting the engine wasn't very smart, but at least I was able to move away from the gas on the ground. My vehicle absolutely REEKS of gasoline. I tried to clean it and am unsure if there will be longer term repercussions to the paint or anything else in the vehicle.

I parked in the side parking area,…read morewent inside, selected my items, made my purchase, and then asked an employee where the restroom was. He pointed me toward the restroom, but then extremely rudely told me to move my vehicle because I was parked in front of a gas pump. I was not even in front of a pump. I understand that gas pumps need to remain accessible, but I was actively using the business. If I was only going to be inside for a few minutes to use the restroom, I would have expected a simple, respectful request rather than being spoken to rudely. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing the same employee's personal vehicle parked in a way that appeared to block the walkway near the handicap-accessible area. Because of the way I was treated, I will not be returning to this gas station. I strongly recommend that management address the way customers are spoken to and ensure that employees follow the same parking and accessibility standards they expect from customers. After all of that, he proceeded to come outside and tell me to move. I have been there for five or 10 minutes. I then told him that he's parked in the wrong and he said he knew that there's no parking in the morning. It's not the morning anymore you can move your vehicle. I then proceeded to exit my vehicle and record him Tell him that he cannot talk to me like that or that aggressively, he needs to bring down the tone if he wants to talk to somebody. Now, yes I can't tell somebody how to talk or speak to someone but common sense is to talk with common courtesy. He could've went about this whole situation differently and I hope the owner sees this so they can address this cause this isn't right.
