There's a short Mexican female that works 2-10. Her name is Myra. If you pay attention to Myra, she treats her customers differently based on how she feels about them personally. In my case, she doesn't have a personal or professional reason to treat me any different than she does anyone else. I am a regular customer at this Valero, and I've had to remind her that she owes ALL her customers good customer service no matter her personal feelings. I reminded her that I am a regular and she needs to treat me the way she treats all her other regulars and customers no matter her personal thoughts. I reminded her that as long as I haven't disrespected her, she has no reason to act funny with me. Myra will straighten up for a few days and then go right back into her poor customer service. I will approach the counter and the only thing she will say is the total I owe and then ask me if i want a receipt. Only when she feels like it will she give a salutation at the beginning and end of the interaction, and only when she feels like it will she ask if I want a bag. If anyone ever has this issue with her, she needs to be reported to the manager. His name is Ray. She either needs some retraining or she needs to be replaced. The customers are the ones that pay her. read more

Great stop along the highway! Bathrooms were very clean w/ spacious stalls. Good snack selections, with a Subway connected if you need more of a meal. Plenty of gas pumps, so no waiting. Staff friendly & helpful. Glad we stopped here! read more

The Muslim behind the counter was an idiot......AND rude! I asked the young gal (who explained she was new) who was ringing up if I could get cash back so that I could get change for the air machine (for my tires), since she was new, the called the idiot over. The idiot said, "no, you cannot have change back!" I said that was fine......I just needed to pay for my 2 items plus my gas. She had the new employee ring the items separately from my gas (which confused me, but whatever). Then when the young gal tried to ring me up for the gas.....she just kept staring at the register..... she finally called the Muslim over again, who just stared at the register too and said I would have to wait for the manager. Only after a staring competition between the register, me and the two of them, I just said forget it and walked out and paid at the pump. She wasn't polite or nice or would explain anything, I will never stop there again. read more

The inside was clean and well kept and the prices were reasonable (not crazy high like some gas stations).
