I came across this place while doing an errand so I thought I'd try it out. FYI - I only got the inside of the car cleaned so this review will only be based on that. I came in and reversed my car into the indoor wash section. I saw 3-4 teenagers working on cars and 1 adult at the cash. After paying for the service, I left my car an waited in the waiting room. The car was cleaned within 20min if not a little less which I was happy about. The mats were clean and my dashboard was too. My windows were very foggy ad they used an old rag without windex so you could see all the traces. My odometer area was not cleaned at all so I went home to do all the touch ups. For $33.90 including taxes, I know better spots where they clean your car thoroughly....Keele and Finch car wash or brampton's in and out wash. I probably will not come back here again. read more

This is an awesome car wash. Cars were processed fast. It feels great to have a sparkling car when it is miserably cold. They did an excellent job getting into all those difficult places. The wheels look amazing. Valet have some of best deals in the city. read more

Worse service ever ! Never go there! My car door was damaged during the wash. I made a complaint and the owners just didn't do anything. Do not buy services from this location, they simply turn their backs on customers and do not assume any damage done to your car. Stay away from this location. read more

I paid $62 including tax for basic inter cleaning. I know it's basic clean but I expect they have to vaccuum it well and clean the dust that you see. When they told me the car is done, there is still lots of trash under driver seat, floor, speakers, seats sstill dirty. They did vacuum and clean again but not much better. I didn't want to argue and I left. I don't know the guy is new or this is the way he cleaned but Iam really disappoited and never come back for inter clean. We can find good and bad reviews but you have to find a good establishment you have to try it first. I know it seems a gamble but we have to try. So I went to this car wash which lots of people who I know inform me to go to this car wash. They say that they are better than the other car wash in the area. The price good to be true but it is.... including with tax almost $25 for protection pass but that is an unlimited car wash. Max to wash your car is 2 time a day but do doesn't want to ruins your car look. The resault from the car wash looks better then you wash your car from other places...believe me, I been going around to get better wash from one place to other but now I found a good car wash. read more

The prices are quite reasonable however, if you care about your paint finish, especially if your car is fairly new or your paint still very good - stay away!! I bought a new car few days ago, black finish - the paint was obviously perfect, however only the first few days... until I decided to wash my car here. They use extremely strong brushes that beat your car almost into a pulp. My wipers almost flew off when one of the heavy duty brushes started attacking/cleaning my windshield. The side cleaning brushes are even worse, the driver's side mirror got hit so hard and strong, that the mirror assembly folded with such a force as if hit by another car! Now, as a result I have a swirl marks everywhere on my clear coat, it looks especially bad at the front and back. Every time I look at my car now, I just cringe. In a strong sun, it looks like a year old car! However, if you have an old car or your paint job is far from perfect or you just don't care, this is actually a pretty good place for car wash. Otherwise, I recommend you avoid the, as well as any other car wash with similar old technology. By the way - I'm not saying this is a bad company and I'm NOT saying it is fully their fault - the staff is friendly and professional, it is their wash system that is the problem. There are just too many (4 rows of brushes - side, top, back and front) with too hard, too abrasive and too aggressive brushes for today's modern car finishes. read more

Don't come here!!! I'd give this place a zero star if I could. Lines are busy and staffed by people that don't know what they're doing. They usher you in as quickly as possible to try to keep the line going with no regard to safety. There was a three car accident along the conveyor queue because they kept pushing cars through and didn't activate any safety stop. First car didn't make it onto the belt and they kept ushering cars in one after the other that made it onto the belt and couldn't stop! Hence a three car pile up and damage to all cars. They are negligent and irresponsible!!! They also won't provide you with any insurance info and refuse to take any onus of responsibility for their actions and failures. The manager, Caroline was completely unhelpful and downright rude. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from here! read more

My dealership told me this was a good place to get my interior detailed, brought it in and they told me I needed the most expensive package because I still had salt stains from the winter and Ect.... So I trusted them, and paid the 170$ for the package... While I was watching them clean my car I saw one of the cleaners pick something up from inside my car and put it in his pocket didn't think much of it figured it was a dime or whatever... After waiting 2 hours to get my car cleaned I drove it home. Did everything they told me to left the windows open over night and toke the matts out and let them dry. The next morning when I took my car out I noticed a huge soap stain on my back seats and the vynal coating they added is still super greasy making my car disgusting to be in. The matts they were supposed to clean are still very dirty. For me 170$ is a lot of money, and very upset that it's was not done properly the first time. I called them about it and they said to bring it in and they would fix it. Going to bring it in tomorrow and see how it goes but as of right now I'm really not impressed. read more

I have been washing my car here for almost two years. I never had a problem in fact the guys are very helpful every time I have lost my rubber hitch. Yesterday I decided to try the basic interior. The windows were spotless.The rest of the service (vacuum and dusting) was unfinished and poorly done. I paid $35 for it!! Needless to say I will not go back to them. read more

be aware be aware be aware be aware no customer service what so ever.rude staff the location on lake shore charges $16.99 for monthly pass and they charge $17.99 on top of that you can not just buy a mothly pass it has to be a minimum of two months pass which will renew automatically to cancel you have to waste your time once again and go into the office 4 days in advance.you cant cancel on the phone or online the membership card is valed only at the there one location where u purchesed it from if u lose the memership paper they give u it will cost $10 for a new one tge rf scanner doesnt work in high end cars you have to go in the office and stand in line for 15 mins the car wash did not wash or clean any dust off the front and back bumper of the car in two months. soap would driving off the side mirrors after the car wash is done ( it wouldn't get cleaned or dried during the washing process ) i checked the car after every wash it remained the same dirty as it was prior the wash timing posted on google is wrong it doesn't open at 7am it ope s at 10 am these are some of the unheard and unprofessional terms. if you still want to go there best of luck read more

This location has been rebranded to Valet Car Wash. I recognize one or two of the employees from the previous ownership. I have had my car in for a basic interior cleaning and this time for a full service interior. There is an express lane if you just want a car wash. You stay in the car as you go through the wash. First, the location is convenient. Right on the corner of Cawthra and The Queensway. Free wifi and pay as you go Starbucks coffee. Comfortable seating in lounge chairs or at pub style tables. TV set to CP24 channel. Free local newspaper and a decent magazine rack. Staff are friendly and genuinely interested in making the place successful by trying to understand your needs. There's a bit of youth movement in the place. Nice to see. They have a young lady manager - very polite and a spark plug. It sounded like they were in the process of staffing up. The automatic car wash itself does a very good job of cleaning the exterior. I do recommend that you turn your mirrors in. My car exterior was hand dried. Compressed air is used to blow the nasties out of the crevices on the seats and tight spots. Had two people working on my car. Watched them for a bit and they were focussed on the job details. Interior vinyl was cleaned and dressed, seats and carpet shampooed. I emptied out my car before bringing it in so that the employees wouldn't need to run an obstacle course in order to clean my car. My WeatherTech mats were cleaned and placed in the trunk and I was advised to let the carpet fully dry before reinstalling them. I brought my car in first thing Saturday morning to avoid the rush. Work completed in 1.5 to 2 hours. Expect it to take longer later in the day when it really gets busy and/or if your car is a total mess. Pricing is similar to other detailers. It really comes down to who you are most comfortable with. I was very happy with the result. I find that people love to complain, but not enough provide the positive reviews when they are warranted. Oh, if you're happy with the result, tip the cleaners as I did. Having cleaned my car myself a few times, it is back breaking work. read more

This place used to be great, I tried to get the Superior Clean Monday at 4pm was told they're done with that service for the day because they close at 6pm (even though it says 7pm everywhere else) the lady that came out (not the usual lady with the red hair) told me to come back Tues because they're open later. I came back Tues....SAME thing the same lady came out and gave me the same excuse, this time I looked inside there were 2 cars. When I told her she was the one that told me to come back at that time, she laughed at me and said "oh well". Fantastic customer service. read more

I went 2 times to get my car cleaned and supposedly dry outside and dust inside. Well they left a big splash of water on the driver window not dry and the top of the dash was not dusted, so the guys didn't get a tip. The car wash price seems to reasonable. read more
