So i brought it in on Wednesday. they told me would be done Monday after 4pm. Fine. so i came in monday after 4 and they couldnt find it so she got another gal. She brought it up to me and said it was too big it wouldnt fit. she could wash it but she wasnt responsible if it ruined it. Im not gonna risk ruining my $200 blanket. They had my blanket for 4 business days and never bothered calling me and telling me they cant do it. I am not upset that they couldnt do it.. i was upset they didnt call and let me know. they let me go there after 4 and expect it to be cleaned and wasnt.. NOT very good customer service.. never go there again. i will pay the extra money to go to a big name company.

We've been traveling in our van for a few months now and every 7-10 days we have to do laundry and…read moreunfortunately the van is too small for a washer and dryer. We've lucked out and stayed with some friends here and there and did laundry at their house.. but occasionally we have to use a laundromat. This place was clean, the lady at the counter was super nice and there were plenty of washers and dryers in different sizes. There are also tables and chairs to sit at, a change machine and a bathroom. We used a double load washer and it was $3.25 and took 38 minutes. The dryer was $1 and took 24 minutes and in that time all of our clothes were dry. $4.25 in and out in an hour.. best one so far.

They have three different sized washing machines. Have an atm and change dispenser right there for you. I would go there again.

I went up to the attendant behind the counter, and older woman and younger woman, both looked miserable. Didn't greet me, I asked about the change and the woman just told me- machine doesn't give back change??? Well shouldn't you place a sticker on there that says that? Why don't you just remove or cross out dollar coins accepted and shouldn't you give us change back?? Wtf?? Some grumpy a** people around Billings. Get the sticks out from under you and smile. You're taking my money anyhow. The dryers were in good shape. Small load- 4 dollars. Wow- and dryer was 2.25 I believe. So close to ten for a small load. Comfortable setting inside and parking available, just don't bother with staff nor dollar coins, use quarters!
