The motor cover was coated with blook soot (it wiped off easily). I wiped soot off the motor and it was also under the motor. The machine looked the same as when I brought it in. I took pictures for proof. I called and complained and was told to bring it back. Why would I want to go back when such a poor job was done the first time? Well, the largest disappointment was that she suggested that I go to a hooterite or someone else who has time for those kinds of things. So people, unless you just simply need pants hemmed, don't walk through the door. I don't know it just didn't make any sense that an alteration shop would send the guy outside the door and pass up on probably $200 of work????? I know it's not the only alteration shop in town but I wasted my time walking to the door. I'll find another place and I'll get the suits ready to go for my summer trips, but I absolutely don't recommend using this place. When I visit my mom in Houston Texas, there are hundreds of alteration shops. I guess next time I should have my suit shipped to my mom's place and then just get them altered there in short order.
