Why don't you just remove or cross out dollar coins accepted and shouldn't you give us change back?? Wtf?? Some grumpy a** people around Billings. Get the sticks out from under you and smile. You're taking my money anyhow. The dryers were in good shape. Small load- 4 dollars. Wow- and dryer was 2.25 I believe. So close to ten for a small load. So i brought it in on Wednesday. they told me would be done Monday after 4pm. Fine. so i came in monday after 4 and they couldnt find it so she got another gal. She brought it up to me and said it was too big it wouldnt fit. she could wash it but she wasnt responsible if it ruined it. Im not gonna risk ruining my $200 blanket. They had my blanket for 4 business days and never bothered calling me and telling me they cant do it. I am not upset that they couldnt do it.. i was upset they didnt call and let me know. they let me go there after 4 and expect it to be cleaned and wasnt.. NOT very good customer service.. never go there again. i will pay the extra money to go to a big name company.

Staff is sweet. There is also a coffee place and taco restaurant within walking distance for while you wait. AVOID the weekends. The place is packed on the weekends and it winds up a mess from customers. The one staff member does their best to clean, but whole families will show up and hang around.
