I purchased a lawn mower (Troy-Bilt) from Ronald, about a month ago(used). I used the mower for…read moreabout 30 minutes and it gave out on me, and wouldn't crank and more just kept getting hung up every time I tried pulling the cord. I reach out to him explaining what had happened and he gracefully told me to bring it back to shop and he'll take a look at it. I drop the lawnmower off to him explaining to him that I had to go work I could come by later on that day or tomorrow. I reached out to him the next day he told me he need more time, so I said ok... But it seems like this will take a while so I have to leave out of town for few week, I'll just come and get it when I touch back down. Fast forward a month later a call him while Im on the way back into town to let him know that i will be in town for a few days. Now it's been 4 weeks and the guy has been giving me the run around about this lawn mower, I told him at this point, just let me get back what I paid for and I'll find someone else to fix the lawnmower for me. No response and no rely, complete silence. Bad Business Guy.

After a severe storm swept through Hueytown, Alabama, I urgently needed assistance. The storm was so strong that it tore off roof shingles and felt, leaving the plywood exposed and causing major flooding inside the home. In addition, a large tree fell and completely destroyed the attached deck. Josh and his team responded quickly, replacing the roof, clearing the lot of fallen trees and overgrown brush, and removing the large tree that demolished the deck--all within one week. Tarwater Services was exceptional in every aspect of the project: communication, pricing, quality of service, and timely completion. I experienced no issues whatsoever.
