It took me 15 minutes to get them to close the casket before my mom arrived and seen the unrecognizable person they presented. My family requested CLOSED CASKET, so you can imagine the pain I felt. Every time we call to check on it, we get a different excuse for why it has not been completed. We paid for his service in cash upfront so there is no reason why this has not been completed. We cannot handle his affairs without the death certificate and their failure to submit this death certificate is costing us time and money. This is completely unacceptable.

Starting with Clifton, he was hands down professional and responsive. He made what was initially a hard process to handle, less stressful and for that we are grateful. The location accommodates everything (programs, cremation, chapel usage, and additional keepsakes to honor your loved ones). My friend still desperately needs help, and all he could talk about was the almighty dollar. I know it costs money to bury someone, or cremate someone, but this man has NO heart, and I am questioning where his soul will end up. He also hung up on me. God have mercy on your soul sir.
