They have damaged quite few people I know loved ones stones. We have been visiting and watch them run over headstones in a tracker. I know damn well they saw the vase (see photos) it's just carelessness. Not only are they super damn expensive it's disrespectful. Take just a few more minutes of your time and try not to knock the vases off that people pay money for off the stones. It's sooooo foul to me and then just stick her flowers in the hole where the damage was pissed us off. Her vases is no where to be seen and calling asking for it to see if it's salvageable is just pointless. No one has answered my calls since Monday. We just want to know if they have it so we can get it repaired. After finally reaching some where there it was discovered that the vase was STOLEN low life people are robbing graves. Even though the cemetery is locked at 5pm everyday there are no cameras and no proper patrol. Speaking with the funeral home where we purchased the headstone from was very helpful and friendly the city (the city of Bessemer owns the cemetery) has agreed to replace the vase for us.

I found out she passed away. I called cemeteries, I used grave finders, etc. After several unsuccessful and careless attempts, I called the Ridout's Forest Hill Cemetery and talked to Olivia. By experience, I was not expecting much of her. I was soooo wrong. Since she could not find the grave right away, she told me she was going to look for it, and I thought this was the end. After few minutes she texted me back as she said and left the message in my phone about the location. I went there and she showed me and drove me to the location. She was warm, friendly and kind in this awful time in my life. I am grateful for her help. Thank you Olivia for your kindness and greatness. My brother's Family Hour and Funeral was an extremely large crowd. They accompanied everyone with the same at both times. My sister's Memorial service was simpler and held in their Chapel.
