Detail attention = Success…read more When I came to Letterheads, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness, quality of production, and mostly a very knowledgeable industry professional. As I was pressed for time, I presented Maria my contact card design. She did not try to sell me some 1000 number of cards. Instead she pointed the way to a very fine, elegant product. I must say that I rarely see business cards that are worth preserving because of the lack of presentation and quality. In all under 30 minutes, not only did I have a finalized product under production, but I got to know the history behind Letterheads. In all honesty, I cannot fully express the magnitude of quality in a product that I got from this privately owned print shop. The end result of course was a broad lineup of industry colleagues and potential clients asking me for a contact card. i have received requests to design contact cards for professional friends who will in turn consult with Maria at Letterheads to attain that edge. Thank you Maria, I am happy to have called Letterheads. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a printing service that goes beyond the standard franchise.

Here comes this young guy and he gets immediately excited with my ideas. He starts pumping out different papers and invitations and starts coming out with some really cool looking things. I met him up 3 days later to show me some tonight drafts. He was on time and on point. We got the invitation of my dreams and they're perfect! What's his name? Arturo! And what an amazing and charismatic character! He genuinely cares! That's hard to find, someone willing to go out if their way for the customer! I plan on being a long time client and will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a unique invitation!

I requested a custom invite from some online ideas, but what they gave me was not what I thought I was going to get. After giving a $200 deposit, I had no choice but to stick with them. They worked with me to make changes as requested, but sometimes I had to ask more than once. The fact that I live in Kendall and had to drive down to Hialeah every time I made a change and wanted to see a proof made things more difficult, but eventually they let me see the proofs online. Once, I showed up on a Saturday Morning during their regular hours, and the store was closed. I ordered a pocket invite with two extra slips for "Response" and "Hotel." But Ana Maria convinced me to switch from "Hotel" to "Accommodations" because it was more formal, and I agreed. However they obviously do not use spellcheck because when I received the invites in person, I immediately noticed they has misspelled it and written "Accomodations" instead. Unfortunately it was not something I caught with the online proof (or several others I had proof read it). I think it had to do with the fact that that portion of the proof was sideways. I paid more than I would have if I had ordered the same invites from an online website. The quality of the paper they used was definitely better than that of proofs I received from online websites, but that's pretty much all they have going for them. The one thing I did not proofread was the return address on the Response envelopes, and they somehow manage to make that look very tacky. I was hoping the final product would make it all worth it, but was sadly disappointed.
