There was no one else in the shop while I got pierced except for the front desk employee, the piercer, me, and my friend which made me feel more comfortable. Melissa was my piercer and she was incredibly clean and sterile. She also walked me through each step which greatly eased my anxiety and she worked very quickly which is always appreciated!

I'm not adverse to paying for a well done tattoo but this is the worst tattoo I have ever gotten. Not a single line was pulled. It was scratched on like sketching with a pencil. And the color was done with a liner too, scratching back and forth. It also took over an hour to do. The pain is unreal! Icon has better hygiene standards than most doctors' offices I've been to. What rounds out what I like most about Icon is their balance between customer service friendliness and not suffering foolishness. Especially, now that I'm older, I genuinely like that they expect adults to act like adults and follow the rules that they've set out. My only issue with this business has always been the parking.
