Before I even hit the airport to jet off to PV for a week of sun and fun, I had to find a decent coffee roastery. This shop seems to be all the rave because we did a food tour of the town and they brought us here for coffee and sweets. There's a lot to cover, so buckle up. Cigars: This was once a bustling cigar factory that rolled cigars by hand. Alas, due to recent strict tobacco laws that have made it more difficult for tobacco lovers to access the humidor, customers can no longer buy cigars upstairs. The shop can still sell cigars, but you cannot smoke here or anywhere in town. This is a bummer, but it is not the shop's fault. Coffee: When we visited for the foodie tour, they made a delicious coffee for us to try, and it was exceptionally good. I went back and bought whole beans for home, and sadly, that coffee is mid at best. Chocolate: Wonderful selection of chocolates and each one we tried was better than the previous bite. I became obsessed with the coconut truffles, and I could eat those all day long. Handmade deliciousness with so many options to choose from. Service: Exceptional service and friendly staff make this a must-visit on your trip. Three of my favorite things in the world are offered up here and the service is good, it's a really cool spot to chill and break up your walking and to enjoy some good stuff. read more

during a one week trip to PV I became a regular here lol. ended up going here for coffee/breakfast for three of my days there after having it recommended to me by a local when i was actually trying to find another coffee shop which is apparently no longer (now it's a beautiful little art gallery!) there coffee is so good, and the breakfast options are 10/10. I recommend trying their chilaquiles, but if you're wanting something on the lighter side the fruit + granola and honey is a great size portion. - they also have a nice selection of bakery items on display! friendly service, and they have some cool shirts (i definitely bought one) - overall a great place to spend some time alone with a book or chat with a friend. very glad i stumbled upon this gem :) read more

Really love this place. Authentic Mexican coffee roasters. Fresh and organic. My cappuccino was delicious. Their outdoor seating was fantastic as well as indoors. Excellent service. Bean and ground coffee are available for purchase. I bought a few of their medium roast and it was fantastic. Not to be missed and a must visit for a local home grown cafe and roasters in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, in the outskirts of Zona Romantica. Cheers! read more

Read the great reviews from some but our experience was disappointing. It easily around 11am. The staff seemed tired and not very friendly. Must have been a hard morning. I came by to purchase coffee to take home, that others liked so well. When back home we made the coffee and it was very bitter and lacked flavor. We wanted to also try the highly rated, from some, chocolate. Like the coffee it was extremely high priced or rather overpriced. With no ability to taste the quality we headed over to chocomuso and had a great experience and discovered some great chocolate bars and drinking chocolate. I don't know why I don't give everything just a five star rating. This place is wonderful at the very end of the Malecon it is much better than any Starbucks you'll ever find. They have a full bar, amazing looking desserts decadent looking chocolates have the table next to us just ordered probably one of the best pepperoni pizzas I've ever seen. I do not wanna be rude and take a picture just imagine it in your mind and that's what it is. Charming authentic Mexican coffee and cigar shop - does not reek of tobacco, so not an issue for non smokers. Beautiful traditional Mexican leather tables and chairs. Very strong and flavorful espresso served in beautiful cups. But BYO pastries for coffee since food choices are limited.
