06/16/26- After weeks of searching and creating a "Tint Project" here af Yelp, finally decided to go with Vallejo Tint Shop! And this shop was not even part of the list! As I was asking for quotes, most gave a price range of this and this (like range $150-500)- even though I have the Year, Make and Model, and needed all 4 windows and rear to be tinted, a very simple quote and request. And I was browsing for other car window tinting shops, their reviews caught my eye! And I am a true believer of reviews! Now I understand why this shop has excellent reviews. Jason knows his stuff! He answers questions whether via Yelp or phone call. He is honest, straightforward and trustworthy! I asked for a quote and he have one answer for the price, no more, no less. I went to his shop to take a look on what tint brand and percentages samples to help me decide on which one to pick. I had an older car, 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer. If I would have known or have it tinted 10years ago where it was only $50, I wish I did! :) After setting up an appointment, went on that day and greeted by Noah. Noah is very chill and he even showed me his own car's tint to help me decide. I opted for 35 front windows and 15 in the back windows and rear. While waiting, it was Emily that called my name while I waited in the lobby. They have a coffee station and also wifi while you wait. Emily is very nice and answered all the questions that I have. There's a 3% charge when paying by card and with cash is just the actual price; 250$. She said not to open the windows for the first 3days and it's normal to have bubbles and will change and look normal for the next 3weeks. And use only ammonia-free glass cleaner like the Sprayway brand which you can buy at local Stores like Target and Wal-Mart. The following day, I got a text message that Joseph was the one who did my tint. Whether it was Noah or Joseph, Vallejo Tint gave their best! Btw, there's a lifetime warranty on the front windows from and limited warranty from the rest of the tint from Lumix. If you are ever looking for a tint for your car or home, (I believe they do house windows, too or businesses), I highly recommend Vallejo Tint Shop! I requested a quote for tint on my 2026 Elantra, I was given an initial quote of $250, upon arrival after discussing what I wanted, I was walked over to various tint options and pricing - I went with the Llumar Formula One Pinnacle Tint which was priced at $450 for 4 windows and rear glass. Not a bad option, you can get the basic film tint for $250 if your looking for decent heat reduction and a solid look. I opted for the Formula One Pinnacle because we're moving to Las Vegas in a couple of months. Tint job comes with a limited lifetime warranty, job was done in about 45 minutes, great after install instructions and great customer service. Go to place to have your car windows tinted. Got to the shop early and they took me in right away. I decided to wait versus leaving my car them and come back later. Waiting room is spacious and they offer complimentary coffee, tea, water, and light snacks. I was in and out in well under an hour and car looks great. Just today I had my brand new 2025 Honda Ridgeline tinted. For those who know me, I am a fan of small business let alone a family ran shop. Everyone at Vallejo Tint Shop was super nice they explained everything to me and were super patient knowing it was my first ever tint job. That said, after driving home I noticed that there was a noticeable scratch on my C-pillar plastic molding. As I love this car, I knew of all the scratches prior to taking it in -- none. The scratch was from the tinting process. I would like to give them 5 stars but because of the scratch I will need to drop them to a 2 Star. They let you choose what color & light OR dark shades, to choose from , they will let you know up front, IF you get pulled over & get a ticket for the front windows being too dark, they will not be responsible for the charge of the ticket & it is a $200 removal fee of the tint, & that's fine, the window tints are a lifetime guarantee & I really like the job they did on my car, however, I did have to remove the tint on my front driver & passenger side windows, I didn't get a ticket, but I did have to get it signed OFF, after the removal, so Beware people, the Front & passenger window tints (Dark) are illegal read more
