They'll treat you like you're their first customer! I stopped by to ask about a unique speaker for an older car. They had some in stock and their prices were fair. They also had the same brand KENWOOD speakers for half the price over best buy. In comparison to going to Best Buy, these guys are the pros! They told me that I'm always welcome back and offered to look over the wiring I had done on my car to ensure everything was done professionally (I can tell you it wasn't since I did it). The issue was never resolved, recently my mother took her car in to be serviced / inspected and the dealership where she bought the vehicle informed her of the damage that was done when her amp was installed into her car from Broadway Auto sound. I went here a while back, had a entire system (door speakers, amps, subs, epicenter) first of all they didnt check how many hours they worked on my truck and didnt mention a labor rate, just automatically charged me $1000 flat. Fine, whatever. Music sounded decent, but i noticed after a while amp would get hot and shut off. This got worse and worse and would turn off before even getting warm. Fast forward i got my truck broken into and they stole my deck and amp, called Broadway Auto Sound to set an appointment to install everything back in (figured id tell them since they were last to work on my truck) and i was told they would get back to me (never did) i called and left messages but no help. Ended up going to another shop local to me and they found that the wiring was done wrong, they also were too lazy to remove my old tweeter crossover and just ran 2 on each tweeter... WTF!! I took my Entegra Motorhome in to have the crappy radio that came with the conversion replaced. I was pretty sure I wanted to replace it with the top of the line Alpine product, but I didn't know a lot about it. Jay was amazing and patient as he described what I could expect. I also told him I wasn't happy with the sound coming from the front so we discussed speaker replacement. After that, he and the techs took over and did a great install. They were all friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I had one part out of stock and had to go back to have it installed. These guys. I had my car stolen in Oakland, on a road trip from Portland to L.A. It was recovered, while I was in L.A. They stole everything out of the car, including my stereo face and mic - or so I thought. After spending all day, my first day back in the bay, getting my boy reassembled and running and detailed (and vowing never to come back to California), I decided I didn't want to drive back without tunes or any way to charge my phone. If that person was not you and since you are claiming you are not there often maybe one of your guys is ripping people off and pocketing the difference. I called this place to have my steering wheel controls connected and operational on my new stereo system. I had just purchased this aftermarket stereo for my daughters Nissan Sentra and this other place of business in Napa couldn't get it to work after 2 different visits. My wife and daughter dropped the car off today and they were promptly taken care of. In 1 1/2 hrs they had the steering wheel controls working! Eddie the technician was extremely professional and courteous. He took the time to explain to my daughter how each function on the steering wheel worked. Having lived in Vallejo my whole life I had always seen this store and heard good reviews from a lot of friends, well I the time came when I finally got a car and had purchased a used subwoofer and amp from a friend that I needed to find a shop to install It. I drive a 2014 Ford Focus and was a little nervous with getting it installed because since it is a new car I wanted to make sure they would know what they were doing and not mess it up or break anything. I brought in my sub and amp and was given a great estimate, I dropped off my car a week later and had them install it. I dropped my car off on a Saturday (on Memorial Day weekend) and was told they w ere packed with appt a all day but would squeeze me in. 3 hours later my car was finished and it sounded great! Way better then I had expected. My car went from having no bass to having just enough! When I got home I went over where and how everything was installed. And the quality of work was great. They really knew what they were doing and used quality products. I can tell they cared about there work and didn't half ass it. I will defiantly be coming back for all my audio needs. The owner really treats you like family which made my experience that much more enjoyable. *UPDATE* A week after having everything installed I noticed that the rear door panel was not installed properly and left a huge gap where the handle was. Assuming this was the audio shops work I returned and asked them to fix it. Come to find out it was actually from my recent dealer ship visit. The owner didn't think twice and had my door panel fixed within seconds even though he did not cause it. Free of charge! This is a update from my previous 1 star review. I had felt like i was getting a bad deal on an install and was upset about it. But instead of them getting upset about my review they immediately talked to me about it. I expressed my concerns and they gave me their professional opinion and knowledge on why what another auto store told me was incorrect. That goes well beyond average service and shows a level of one on one time they take out to address any customer concerns. As for the install. I had a 12" Kicker Comp R, RF Amp and Alarm system installed and Eddie tuned the sound. Could not be happier! They fixed my rear view camera another shop fouled up and added a few extra features to my alarm system that I wasn't aware could be done! All at no extra charge but to make sure I was getting everything out of the system! The last thing I was told is that everything they have done was under warranty for a year and if anything goes wrong "It's our problem and not yours" They will make it right.
