As…read morefar as service they have Spencer who is awesome and really good person as well as Eliseo in the shop who is a master mechanic. They have some good techs. The owner Troy is a awesome who is just a great person. I hope one day he will have the heart to get rid of that ignorant Guy he has in charge by the name of John. I advice anyone taking in work to linders to deal with Spencer. I won't give no less then 5 stars to Linders because they are the best of the best in the brands they sell. I can't and won't bad mouth such a great dealership cause of one ignorant person who works there. We hope one day Troy will have the heart to send that bad seed down the road.

When you purchase premium agricultural equipment, you expect premium engineering, quality control and customer support. Instead, I experienced poor workmanship, inadequate quality assurance and a complete lack of accountability when problems arose. The Guardian Ag Cab was marketed as a premium product designed for demanding agricultural conditions, but my experience has been the opposite. Issues arose due to improper installation of the battery that wore a hole in the air conditioning condenser of this tractor after 14 months of operation. The aforementioned companies hid behind the 12-month warranty and all they could say is sorry and send money. That issues developed should never have occurred on equipment at this age. As we all know latent defects will supersede warranties. Rather than taking responsibility of the problems, responsibility seemed to be shifted from one company to another, leaving the customer caught in the middle with the resolution other than fix it myself. Linder Equipment Company did not provide the level of service or advocacy I expected from an "authorized dealer". A dealer should stand behind the products they sell and work aggressively to resolve legitimate customer concerns. Instead, I found communication frustrating, and no problem resolution. When a customer invests almost $100,000 in equipment, they deserve prompt attention, competent repairs and companies willing to stand behind their products--not excuses or finger-pointing. What has been most disappointing is that none of these companies appeared willing to take any responsibility for ensuring the customer received what was promised: safe, reliable, properly functioning equipment without obvious latent manufacturing defects. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing equipment equipped with a Guardian Ag cab through Linder Equipment Company unless these companies demonstrate a much stronger commitment to product quality, customer service, and accountability after the sale. The old saying comes to mind "You cannot make a good deal with bad people". So do yourself a big favor and find another company to deal with that is honorable. Petersen Ranch Somis California

Their team at the Garden World is friendly and service-oriented, with fast diagnoses and part repairs and I'm told they have a much better turnaround time than local competitors. They carry a big selection of Stihl, Husqvarna, and Toro tools, with both gas and electric options available. If they don't have what you need, they can usually get it for you. They're also an approved warranty and repair center for brands like Honda, Kawasaki, Ryobi - possibly others but these are the ones coming top of mind. They also handle battery repair and battery warranty repairs which is why we stopped in. Another bonus: they have a great selection of Green Mountain Grills along with plenty of refill pellets to keep you stocked up. I actually picked up a cover for my smoker on my latest visit as I hadn't initially thought to get one. They were sold out of bbq mits but did have other bbq accoutrements. Whether it's tools, repairs, or grilling gear, this place has you covered! Highly recommend. Also! They have QR codes for a discount on lawn care so if you are looking for a new landscaping service, stop in and get $50 off.

Then they said they fired the mechanic that made this suggestion and the next mechanic decided they didn't need the parts. I paid $161 dollars brought it home and it didn't start. Looked at the fuel level and saw it was low. Filled it up, and it still didn't start. Took it back to them. They said I put in bad fuel, but it didn't start with the fuel that they put in the engine and sent me home with. They drained the fuel and wanted to charge me another $61, for something I already paid for and it still wasn't working. Super frustrating. Would not recommend this company due to their inability to repair a lawnmower in a timely manner and for trying to charge more for a repair that wasn't completed.
