We have two other daily drivers, which have been serviced at Young's for a number of things over the years, most notably our periodic oil changes. My summary below is for the Main Street shop. I have both daily drivers filled with semi-synthetic oil and they typically are about $38. I made an appointment a week ago to bring my daily drivers in today for an oil change and confirmed the price was ~$38, which was confirmed. I brought the two daily drivers in today for an oil change and the total was $108.21, roughly $16 more per car! Upon checking out, I asked why there was a discrepancy and was told they were now charging a $9.99 shop fee as a result of updating to a computer system (in the past, they used a paper based system). They did not own up to the fact that the $38 per oil change price had been confirmed and insisted that the charge is now ~$54 ($33.75 for oil, $6.25 for oil filter, AND $9.99 shop service fee) per vehicle. Once I returned home, I compared to an oil change receipt from a few months ago and found ~$4 difference in the price of the oil. In summary, the price of an oil change has increased from $38 ($29.61 for oil and $6.25 for filter) to $54 (40%) in the course of several months, mostly due to an upgrade to a computer system. When a business upgrades their internal accounting system, it is not reasonable to apply a surcharge (that was not disclosed to the customer until checkout) to subsidize the company's internal upgrade I do not consider this ethical business practice and will take my vehicles to another shop for future work. 1/7/2017 FOLLOW UP: Representatives from the shop did reach out to me and did provide resolution for the oil change experience. I have updated my review to reflect this. Businesses some times do make mistakes and the follow up is a good representation of the standards for business practices within an organization. In spite of this isolated experience, I would certainly recommend using Young's Tire and Auto for service. Thank you to the management that took notice and followed up.

At last , I have finally found a gem. Will who owns Robinson Automotive is so professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and explains everything in a manner that is easy to understand. When I came in person, I did ask for another salesman but all were busy at the moment so I had to use Jason unfortunately. He was so rude to me for no reason since the beginning, and he was getting mad at me over the test drive when I said I wanted to take a day or two to decide if this is really what I want. He was mumbling under his breath half of the test drive and I was asking questions and he made me feel stupid for asking them. I talked to a manager I think named Glenn, he was very kind but aside from that I didn't get a chance to talk to anyone else besides Jason.
