The salesperson was very nice and pleasant but we could tell that he was somewhat new in the position and couldn't give as much information about the history of the care as we'd like. Perhaps the MOST disappointing part of the visit was the supervisor. He was sent over to us after we were concerned with the tightness of the steering wheel (we were told that's how new steering wheels work and you had to "break them in"--fun fact, not how steering wheels work. The supervisor dismissed our concerns and essentially said that he would sell the car to someone either way so we could either take it or leave it. My boyfriend works on cars and was patronized when he explained why a tight and just replaced steering wheel is concerning. We were very disappointed by this encounter. It is very bad business and ethically problematic when a dealership is not transparent or open to essential questions about the stability and integrity of power steering.

I came in to get a simple oil change and left with my leaking windshield washer pump replaced under warranty and the oil change of course. Could not be happier with my service experience. UPDATE......After returning home I realized that the service department left out a bolt, a washer and most importantly damaged the paint on my fender. My warranty company wanted me to use their in network service center and pay a $150 deductible for the initial washer pump repair. I asked if I took it to my local BMW dealer how would that work and they explained that I would need to pay a $350 deductible for the same repair. This seemed like the best solution as I had complete confidence in the BMW dealership to do the job correctly. Boy was I wrong, I regret ever going to Valley World BMW and will never go back for service again. I can certainly understand why they have a 2.5 rating on Yelp. This review won't help their score, that is for sure. I do not live in the area so I asked them to fix the paint, install the correct white rivets (I confirmed with Chad Huggins at least twice that he had white rivets prior to doing my repair) and install the missing bolt and missing washer? Who leaves off a bolt and a washer? I'll tell you either someone who doesn't care or is spread so thin that he is rushing to get to the next service customer. I had asked for a set of front mats for my trouble to come all the way back to the dealership and was told "no we are NOT doing that for you, we will just top of your fuel". They replaced the rivets, missing bolt and washer but took ZERO responsibility for damaging the paint on my fender. What a complete service disaster. You have been warned, I will return to BMW of Southpoint for future service even though it is much further away. On a side note, if you are a dealership and need to hire a service manager I highly recommend Chad Huggins as he is professional, compassionate and very communicative. Please help him get a new job and help him get off this sinking ship.

My goal was to have the warranty company cover part of the repairs while I also considered trading in the vehicle for a larger third-row SUV. After work, I met with a sales representative named Ashgin, who was assisting me with the trade-in process. While I was in the middle of working with her, a man named Nick, who identified himself as a manager, aggressively approached me in the parking lot. I had never met him before, yet he immediately demanded payment for a diagnostic fee, interrupting an active sales discussion. Without any professionalism or customer service, he abruptly took the vehicle keys from Ashgin and told me I would not be purchasing any vehicle from them. His behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely uncalled for. As a Black professional arriving directly from work, dressed in business casual, I found his treatment offensive and discriminatory. No customer should ever be approached in such a hostile and demeaning manner. The entire encounter felt racially motivated and extremely uncomfortable. Because of Nick's conduct alone, I am giving this dealership a poor rating. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. I contacted the Ford customer service center to resolve my issue and the service managers solution was to have us come pickup the vehicle. The manager wouldn't speak to me or return a call even with Ford calling them directly. I wouldn't be so upset except, instead of being honest "we didn't fix it" they put on the paperwork that it mysteriously disappeared on its own (not exactly in those words). So it has been in my possession for 30 hours sitting in the driveway and it's being towed again because the draw drained the battery. (hopefully it's not going to another worthless mechanic) On a side note the sales department tried to be helpful. Julie the loaner coordinator was very friendly throughout the whole process. She tried very hard to accommodate and keep us informed. Mark, the service advisor, tried his best but he was the middle man between an incompetent tech and unsatisfactory management. They were trying to blame the power drainage on our Apple tag keychain or accusing us of a 3rd party application. 2022 Ford F250 Lariat diesel with nothing aftermarket. Completely unacceptable
