They had several different mattresses to choose from and we ended up paying more to get a orthopedic pillowtop mattress. It has been about a month now since we purchased out mattress, and there aren't any problems. A couple things to note: -It's a warehouse that is by appointment only. -Better off visiting later in the afternoon because there is no a/c. -They accept checks, cash, and credit cards. -If you are paying with your credit card, there is a surcharge--I think 5% extra is charged.

I called them the next day to tell them about this incident and the unprofessional staff member told me that I scratched it. As advised, I sent pictures to the company and have not heard back. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but BBB stated that the company "failed" to respond to them. I periodically call to follow up about this and never receive a call back. I would very much appreciate this company following up with me.
