Couldn't be more impressed. Started with a cold-call on Saturday to get with an appt to get if fixed, wasn't aware repairs were only done during the week (not at all a deal-breaker) to fix my laptop from basically separating and falling apart slowly. Expected around 10-12 days from past bad experiences for a turnaround time frame but got quoted and completed today (the following Tuesday). I had spilled warm tea on my laptop and it was not working. It was constantly power cycling to no avail. I dried up all I could & unscrewed my laptop and disconnected the battery. (quite literally in my case!) So my fiancee's Tablet wasn't charging, & needed a replacement charging port, and not only did the owner/operator (Matt) offer a lower price than the competition, but i received regular text/phone updates as to exactly what work was taking place, and when it was taking place! And then when the owner learned that he was getting two of the replacement part i needed for the price he had quoted me, he called me to let me know and passed those savings on to me by cutting my parts price in half! I have a MacBook and most tech repair companies don't don't MacBooks for some reason. I TRIED to go BestBuy but they wouldn't look at my laptop. A little back story, I spilled water on the keyboard and the screen was flashing, so I was very worried that it wouldn't work again.
