I appreciated that they were willing to take the outfits on short notice -- but I quickly realized I was being taken advantage of. These were two small little girl outfits -- one was thin cotton and barely wrinkled to begin with, and the other was a light corduroy-type material. No cleaning, no repairs -- just ironing -- yet I was charged $50. On top of that, she insisted I pay in "CASH ONLY"which I felt was wrong and honestly came across as very sketchy. I'm always one to support local small businesses. To make sure I wasn't overreacting, I called a few other nearby dry cleaners afterward to compare pricing -- and not one of them quoted anything close to what I was charged. I expected help, not opportunism. I walked out feeling completely taken advantage of. I won't be returning, and I strongly recommend asking for pricing up front because that was my mistake.

The wife, is an amazing talent with the sewing machine & the husband is just as amazing. Just today he walked a woman to her car carrying half her load holding the umbrella over HER head until she got to her car & grabbed her own. Then followed me to my car holding the umbrella over my head.. wasn't necessary but the gesture left me in awe. I've been coming here for years & can't imagine ever needed to go anywhere else. The people working at the counter are always…read moresuper-polite and helpful, and the laundry comes back clean, folded, and beautifully packaged, I love their service! So, for quality of their laundry service - definitely 5 stars. I went yesterday, Saturday 7/18/26 12:50pm. There was no one at the counter. A printed sign said they were working on the floor and that we should look for them. I looked for a person that might fit the description of an employee, but could not find anyone. I called their posted number, (805) 522-6500, got a msg saying their voicemail was not set up. I waited another 5 min, then left. I hope they fix this problem. If people could call this number to notify the person working on the floor to let them know we have laundry to drop off, or if there was a button we could press at the counter, it would solve this problem. Otherwise, this place is great!!!
