After all the high reviewed alterations shops couldn't take me in for my wedding dress alterations, I was given a referral for this place. Within 5 weeks- not only did Leah bring a size 12 dress down to a 6 for me and make it look INCREDIBLE (not an easy job with the lace and details my dress had), but then when I received the correct size dress a week before my wedding, an error of the wedding dress shop, and YES A WEEK, Leah worked hard to get that dress altered for me too with no hard feelings about the first dress. Used this company in March 2013 with a Simideals coupon. Theywere rude and initially refused to recognize where it came from or to honor it, so my husband went to talk to them. They said they were losing money on the deal that's why they didn't want to honor it. They finally did do so but with very bad grace. If you need to get pants hemmed stear clear of this mom and pop. The Korean couple is very nice, but really bad tailors. I wore each pair of pants for her to hem and when I picked them up the right leg was 1/2 shorter than the left leg. It was because she has lazily not used the center of the inseam when matching the legs. Instead, they insisted my legs were uneven! She re-did them, however, because of her poor tailoring she ruined every one of the pairs because she'd cut the pants so short that she didn't have any hem left to lengthen the 1/2 an inch. Sadly, I'd given her four pairs of pants! That's a lot of money - and good pants - wasted. So now I have to either let them out the 1/2 and inch and wear them with a ragged bottom (which is doable for jeans) or make them into shorts. Do yourself a favor and don't use them for tailoring. read more

Took a white dress shirt in for cleaning and when i picked it up, there were black stains along the button holes and shirt pocket. Really disappointed because this place is not cheap (almost $10 for a shirt and pant dry clean) and i had an important conference i wanted to wear this shirt too. Pretty disappointed. read more

I had a great experience here! I had been there earlier last year and wasn't impressed. I found out they had new ownership recently so figured I'd try it again since its down the street from me. They were great! I had 4 dresses cleaned and had them back within 2 days. I also had a hem done on dress pants and a sundress opened up to have a zipper put in. They did a GREAT job on both. And it was one of the CHEAPEST prices I've ever been charged for dry cleaning and alterations! Friendly people and great service. Ill be using them on a regular basis from now on. read more

Worst cleaners ever! Coulda paid 11.50 for a suit to be dry cleaned at Tempo Cleaners but chose this place cus it's closer to home. What a mistake...they charged me 13.50 and when I went to pick it up I guess my husband had left his tie in one of the pockets and they charged me over 4 bucks to dry clean a tie. Seriously!!! I travel extensively and have used a few other dry cleaners on the east coast but not for a few years. I hate shopping, love my wardrobe and want to make sure it lasts.
