Ed and his crew are great people and made my car look brand new. I would recommend him for sure.

I was in Auburn visiting with a rental car. After I was in a bad accident where my car was totalled…read moreI was understandably a little dazed. Not only did they seem reluctant to even give me a business card as they towed my vehicle, I had left some personal belongings in the car and I spent days trying to reach them. Finally I reached them when I had gone back to where I'm from and they would make no effort to return my personal belongings. Clearly horrible service, it's a shame Auburn Police use this company in Opelika instead of the 4+ collision/tow companies in Auburn.

Three weeks after they cashed my $900 check, the office manager (the owner's wife) told me they did not want to fix my car. They told me I had to have the car picked up within a month and paying towing fees. She said the towing fees would be between $250-300. I told her I thought I could have the car picked up sooner than a month. It took me making 4 phone calls to this business before the manager finally faxed me the estimate (for me to get another estimate as I live 2 1/2 hours from Opelika. I called Conner's once more a couple of weeks later to tell them that I had a medical emergency with my 97 year old mother and I would be delayed another week. The owner told me that was fine. On July 15, less than three weeks after the office manager told me I had a month to get the car and just pay towing charges, I arrived at Conners to pick up my $900 refund, pay towing charges and arrange for another towing company to get my car. Less than three weeks after Conners told me they had changed their mind about doing my repairs, Conners refused to give me my refund until I paid 4 days of storage (she originally told me no storage if I got the car out within a month), an ADM fee, fees for "doing paperwork regarding my car," charges for phone calls that I made to Conners, and other fees. They insisted I pay them up front, and three weeks after cashing my $900 check, they said they decided they were not repairing my car after all. They are keeping my money unless I pay hundreds of dollars in bogus fees that will completely (or almost completely) eat up the $900 I paid them. I expected to pay $250-300 for towing my car 4-5 miles within the city, but when I showed up to get my money and pay those charges (and arrange for a company in my area to pick up my car), they changed their mind about my refund. I want my $900 back, minus a reasonable towing fee, and I want to be able to get my car. The office manager has been rude from the beginning---no people skills, and she did not like it because I asked that she simply treat me with respect.
