This slowed the filing process that I paid an additional fee for down by a day or 2. I assumed when my credit card was charged in full for the service along with the rush fee and I confirmed all the information over the phone that 24 hours later my business would be licensed. It wasn't. This causes me to wonder if rush fees are just extra money for companies. Why can't all filings just be within a day or two verses making those who don't pay a fee have to wait extended periods of time to get licensed, especially if the filings are done electronically....
