The Assistant Manager simply told me it wasn't their problem. He told me the items they carry are from an indepentent supplier and he can't do "anything" to help me. I asked him if it was Circle K's policy and he would just tell me that the return wouldn't be in his allocated budget. I will NEVER enter this store again and furthermore will NEVER purchase any items from a cooperation that supports this type of customer service. I would expect I would have had a better experience if the Assistant manager was any type of professional in lieu of gas station "Assistant manager" in charge of a few minimum wage high school kids.

I had no problem pulling into this gas station and finding an available pump. I like Holiday because the gas pumps accept Canadian credit cards with no fuss. The ones that prompt for a ZIP code are annoying, especially to Canadians. If you have a Cub rewards card, you can either swipe it or enter your phone number associated with it. You earn points that way. I'm not a member. I should be one. Fuelling was a breeze. I was a happy camper. This gas station was clean. It has a convenient store and a self-serve yogurt bar. I didn't need any snacks or drinks, as I had just had a late lunch. My gas station experience was great here. I'd return when I'm in the area and my car is close to running on empty. (68)
