I had to choose at least 1 star, which is 10 more than they deserve. I went through the carwash at the 32nd st location. Car came out dirty with a TON of scratches all over the car. Manager, Ed, wouldn't even look at it. He said it is not his fault. Case closed. You lost a formerly VERY loyal customer. I didn't want money. I'm so impressed by the speed of and quality of service!! my starter went out on my jeep. i called dusterhoft service center (it was the first one that popped up on google). they had the two truck out there within a half hour, the jeep was in the shop and in the air within 25 minutes and i was out the door about an hour after that. i'm in shock they were able to source the part and get it installed that fast. the jury is still out how long the starter holds up but either way i'm super impressed right now. read more

The new redesign of the store looks great. And I realize that it's Under New Management. But, you go there to spend your money on gasoline and convenience items and they can't even Pony up for a free cup of coffee with a fill up? I find that to be odd. Is business truly that bad? Did they redesign cost way too much? Virtually any other gas station in town will give you a free cup of coffee with a fill up. Why doesn't dusterhoft Cenex? It certainly isn't because their coffee is so awesome. It's no better than anything else, and worse in some cases. Just today, it tasted like it had been filtered through a dirty old gym sock. It's gas station coffee, I don't expect it to be all that great. But the fact that they've changed their policy to not getting a free coffee may seem like a small gripe to a lot of people, but it's a big deal. it's a respect thing.
