When we got there, the body work they did needed to be redone and the AC stopped working. We called them and told them about the problems, so on our way backs driver met us in Fargo to swap a loaner for our vehicle. They fixed the body work correctly and repaired the AC, the returned it to us after it was repaired. Dealing with Mason, the salesman, was great. He communicated with us throughout the process. As someone who's quite busy with a teenager, three dogs, works remotely, and doesn't have a lot of free time - every moment counts when I leave throughout the day just to test drive a vehicle. Unfortunately, it hasn't mattered how clear I've been about my time constraints. I've spent hours and hours in offices waiting to get information on vehicles and leasing amounts. Even with pre-scheduled test drives, I've had to wait 45+ minutes. I've had different offices be dishonest with me about their inventory. It has been an incredibly frustrating process. This is where Preston came in. I decided to look outside of our community and called Rydell a couple of days ago. I was put in touch with Preston, and again, I was very clear...this is the type of vehicle and trim I'm looking for, I'm hoping to better understand what the leasing price would be etc. Preston not only heard what I said but unlike everyone else I had worked with up until this point, he actually listened to me.
