The staff is friendly and really makes an effort to have all their patients feel comfortable. They take appropriate COVID measures and everything from arrival to departure is positive. All my needs are being met and definitely recommend this office!

I can't believe this place is outdated compare to what I experienced in a more cleaner and updated PPO private practice in OwingsMills not too far from this practice with the latest equipment and a nicer staff. The lady at the front desk in this run down office , Bev (or Bess), is very rude, and I believe she played a part in why this business has gone downhill. What really shock me the staff believes she knows everything and never get this issue resolve showing they don't care about customers but making money. She treats customers as though there are no other dental offices in the area. That's her attitude. I can see why staff members and patients have left this dental office . Because of the way this business treated people because of greed, in my opinion, it has damaged its own reputation. It will continue to go downhill until it eventually closes if nothing changes. Worst it was sell to a DSO and I hope other patients do research how horrible a DSO practice is.

Zahara, Madeline and Zehava (just to name a few) all took the time to explain what they were going to do prior to doing anything, which relieved any and all anxiety. Highly recommend!!!

I love the front desk staff and my daughter saw Dr. Neel for over a decade. We always thought Dr…read more Neel was very thorough but now that she is older and has received other opinions, my thoughts are a bit different. At her first adult dental appointment, they asked why she had never received any orthodontic care and said she needed to see an orthodontist ASAP. Severe overbite and significant overcrowding that had been getting worse over the course of several years. She is now almost 20 and multiple doctors have told us that she needs 1-2 years of braces and corrective jaw surgery to fix her mouth. I'm not sure why this was overlooked since we asked Dr. Neel several times if she would ever need braces from the time she was little and he always said no. When she was older, we asked about certain things that were abnormal with her teeth/bite and he told us multiple times that there was nothing wrong. I wish he had referred us to an orthodontist while she was under his care so we could have dealt with this earlier. We feel a bit confused on why this issue was never addressed and why this was able to go untreated for so long.
