He marked everything from water heat not getting very hot, doors not shutting properly, to the gas shut off being in the furnace and how the roof is not in best shape. He provides over view of the whole report, breaks it done into sections with review of each section, and a description of each thing found. He includes pictures with a description on each picture. He quoted me a very fair price! Almost half what some of the other guys quoted me. Told me he'd schedule me for the first week of October and I couldn't be happier then I got a call he had an opening this week! He scheduled all the things for me disconnects and reconnects with the power company and came out with his son yesterday to do the job. Originally scheduled for 7 hours without power and he had everything buttoned up and completed with power restored in 4 hours. Job went super smooth! They cleaned up behind themselves as they went and other than some pretty and new electrical panels you'd never know he was here!
